The whole stay was so disappointing. Our room is on the 4th floor and there was no elevator. And there was no wifi cover

Cons:

Some of their pillowcase are old and butas butas. Tapos yung towels nila is faded na parang ang tagal na di pa pinapalitan.

Poor customer service.
Cons:

1. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that the room assigned to me is different from the one I had booked through booking.com platform. The hotel staff advised me to contact Booking.com to rectify this issue, although I believe that resolving room assignment discrepancies falls under the hotel's responsibility. Poor customer service.
