One step away from an extra ordinary service
Pros:

We stayed for one night ,the location and the room where fantastic, I believe the fly is common in batur area and the staff were being extra careful to cover the food properly.if I'm not mistaken we had thilapia fish it was very well served and the taste were top-notch. And the breakfast were served with love,the kids hot water pool was nice. Next time coming with more people to use campfire too.

The villa need extra care for cleaning, especially the toilet, Ceiling cobwebs,and the floor.(housekeeping)

main pool needed renovation, music on the poolside will be a great option.we expect the big pool to be hot aswell. ( manager)

The property,location and the staff were wonderful,its such a high potential property ,sad to see it's been not getting enough attention.with some extra care this place can be more welcoming.
