El balcón era perfecto para pasar un rato a solas
Falta de shampo en el baño
Stort lyst værelse, dejlig balkon. Fin modtagelse af søskendeparret der ejer og driver stedet. Morgenmaden havde forskellige temaer, og havde man specielle ønsker, blev de imødekommet med et smil. Et rigtigt godt arbejdsteam, der klarede ønsker med et smil. Blev spurgt flere gange, om der var noget vi mangler, de var meget opmærksomme.
Der var ikke noget, som jeg ikke kunne vide. Man skal selv bede om rengøring, det skal man lige være klar over. Så snart man spurgte blev det gjort.

L'hôtel est idéalement placé à Polhena pour découvrir le sud du Sri Lanka.
Un grand merci au personnel pour leur accueil : gérant, la réceptionniste, le jardinier, les équipes à la cuisine et au ménage.

Its situated in a nice location just a cross the Polhena Beach, it has a nice little pool with a very pleasant garden. Good for the money I paid.
The bedsheet and pillows was not that clean, definitely below the expectation 😢

Some time ago it was probably a very nice hotel and still could be much more better with a small amount of effort. But at this moment a lot of small things what makes various inconveniences. Such as: WC doors closes just with big preasure (for wife and kids imposible), broken chair on terrace, leaking toilet while flushing water, quite dirty, chairs, table and other surfaces quite sticky, feeling like dirty event in breakfast area, under bed tons of dust, very noisy AC, breakfast very very casual and very average taste and etc.
Location is quite good - near the ocean. If looking for something cheaper and can easily tolerate small inconveniences - it is ok. Big advantage pool and quite nice garden, just in evening mosquitos.
The location of the hotel is great. Close to a nice beach and yet a very quiet place. The hotel owners were very nice, they checked every morning to see if we had everything and if we needed anything. The hotel staff were also very nice.

The staff was friendly. They are working on upgrading several things on the property. You can see spots where the weather has taken its toll. So there was some construction going on. But they were very accommodating so as to not disrupt. The pool was inviting.
It was an easy walk to snorkeling and other beach activities. Breakfast was good with a lot of options.
It would be nice to have a foot bath or the like to rinse off sand before going into the rooms. It is too easy at the beach to be covered in sand.
