Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

All bookings are subject to a MYR 4 Heritage Charge per room per night. This is to be paid directly to the hotel.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Pros:

Nice views from the window

Cons:

We went expecting a beach holiday. Couldn’t swim in the sea because of crocodiles. Pool was without sun beds and was basically a splash pool in the car park.

The stay was okay with both good and bad points.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful,and the location was convenient and close to attractions.

The room was slightly small, There was some noise from the other room and the bed sheet was not very clean and felt itchy.

staff hospitalities was ok.muslim friendly hotel.

the only room left no choice utk request tukar bilik .badan dh penat..sekali tingkap bilik tak bole tutup rapat..pantai tk sesuai mandi sbb tgh tambak.mlm² bertabahla bunyi motor rempit..tgkap pulak tk boleh tutup properly.nasib ko ler..hotel patut tk boleh release bilik camni 🙄

2nd stay at Puteri Bay Hotel
Pros:

1. The location is very near to Pantai Puteri
2. Hotel also located nearby to pasar malam
3. Water pressure in bathroom is good

Cons:

1. The room that I have was not well kept. Paint was damage, door very hard to close.
2. Hot water not available at the bathroom shower.

Hey, it's good
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, VERY helpful staffs. Room design is good and practical. Parking is easy if out of rush hour. Eateries nearby, clean beach. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Just some limitations of older equipments. Not that they don't work, just needed a few tries 🤭. Some just need some grease. Need some waiting time for the elevator during check out.
