Eine wunderbare, individuelle Betreuung auf höchstem Niveau durch außerordentliches Personal

Der Empfang, die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Servicepersonals, das bei Problemen und Fragen hilfreich zur Seite stand, die Qualität der Ausstattung des Zimmers, das reichhaltige individuell gestaltbare sehr gute Frühstück und die elegante Innenarchitektur, die Altes gekonnt mit Neuem verbindet. Außergewöhnliche Kleinigkeiten, wie z. B. Kekse, die am Abend auf dem Zimmer serviert wurden, Erfrischung beim Check-in, es gebe nich vieles mehr zu berichten…

Perfect hotel in a perfect location!
Pros:

It was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated and furnished.
The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional.
The location was perfect for walking to all the local sights.
Little touches like an apple and orange along with crisps and water were left in our room and replenished each day. In the evening we found some little cakes with a note saying sleep well!

Thanks to everyone for making our stay perfect!

Beautiful stay in a heritage property
Pros:

Location: Located right beside Jonker Street, with all the main tourist attractions within walking distance. Hotel is located near a few places of worship so do expect some noise. Hotel provides ear plugs in preparation for this
Room: Stayed in the Kapitan Double Room. Room was comfortable and spacious enough for 2 pax. Toiletries provided were L'occitane and were of good quality
Breakfast: Ala-carte breakfast with a decent amount of choices. Daily coffee was also offered. In-room snacks were also complimentary

Cons:

Breakfast: Local choices of kaya toast and soft boiled eggs felt a tad westernised, not true to the local experience

Un hotel con historia en un lugar precioso!
Pros:

Nos gustó todo!! En primer lugar, el hotel es una joya, un hotel boutique con un gusto exquisito. Se encuentra en pleno casco antiguo de Melaka y ha sido restaurado cuidadosamente, siguiendo la historia multicultural. Si bien el lugar avisa que puede ser ruidosa la zona (casi enfrente del principal templo chino y a media cuadra del mercado nocturno más famoso), nuestro descanso fue reparador, en una cama muy cómodas y espaciosa.
El desayuno una delicia (anímense a probar las especialidades locales) y el personal extremadamente amable, contactándose en todo momento por WhatsApp para ayudarnos.

Pros:

Prachtig hotel, in oud pand. Supervriendelijk personeel. Heerlijke douche met L’occitane douche producten.
Eten en drinken wat op kamer staat is gratis.

Perfect hotel for a stay in the old town of Melaka.
Pros:

Located in centre of historic old town. Everything to hand and not much walking required in the heat. Night market on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Lots of good restaurants just a short walk away.
The breakfast is good, with an extensive a la carte option.
