Schönes sauberes Zimmer, gemütlich und geräumig.
Super Frühstück, abwechslungsreich und leckerer selbstgemachter Kuchen.
Sehr hilfsbereit, bei der Buchung nach einem Ausflug nach Ushguli.

El desayuno es excelente, abundante y completo. La temperatura de la habitación era perfecta, al estar en las montañas la temperatura cae por la noche pero ponían la calefacción para que se estuviera a gusto. Tienen un patio en el que se puede aparcar. El internet es flojo cuando todo el mundo ha vuelto al hotel y está en su habitación. Y el café es soluble! No es el primer hotel de Georgia en el que nos encontramos eso, debe de ser normal…

- The hotel was very clean, well-renovated, and equipped with everything necessary, including disposable toothbrushes and slippers.
- The breakfast was good.
- The view from the windows was beautiful, although it naturally depends on the weather.
- The location is not exactly in the very center, but since Mestia is a small town, it takes only about 15 minutes to walk to the center, which was perfectly fine for us.
- There is also a separate lounge area on the fourth floor with a lovely view, where you can spend some time.

A simpatia e disponibilidade para resolver qualquer pedido fi extraordinário! Arranjou-nos um tour a Ushguli de confiança e seguro. Como saímos às 7h30 da manhã e o pequeno almoço era só às 8h30, forneceu-nos um pequeno almoço ambulante para levarmos em viagem! Adorei esta estadia, o quarto era espaçoso, limpo, a cama confortável e a varanda dava para as montanhas! O pequeno almoço completo com produtos caseiros, numa sala panorâmica! A estadia foi tranquila e repousante!

Rezension: Ein absolutes Juwel in Georgien! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
​Wir haben eine 14-tägige Reise durch das Land hinter uns, aber das Golden Tower Hotel war definitiv die einsame Spitze. So einen Standard haben wir auf der gesamten Route kein zweites Mal erlebt.
​Das hat uns besonders begeistert:
​Frühstück & Kulinarik: Das Frühstück war überragend! Ein ganz besonderes Lob verdient der selbstgemachte Kuchen – der war schlichtweg einsame Spitze und ein echtes Highlight.
​Einrichtung: Das Hotel ist voll westlich, dabei aber extrem geschmackvoll und stilecht eingerichtet. Man merkt die Liebe zum Detail.
​Schlafkomfort: Die Betten sind super bequem. Es war angenehm ruhig, sodass wir perfekt schlafen konnten.
​Service: Das Servicepersonal ist spitze und sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich als Gast rundum willkommen.

I usually never go wrong via booking since I choose high ratings. However, this was a total hit and miss. I arrived and asked where I could park. Inside, the reception girl said, you can open the gate. Not the slightest interest in helping or assisting. Okay. Undid the chains myself, opened, parked, closed and chained again. Then I received the key and ‘enjoy your stay’, no explanations at all. Umm where is my room? To the right. Where is breakfast? Downstairs. She asked me if I would want breakfast at 9 because other guests chose that time. What does that have to do with me? I have my own travel plans. The wifi I got after settling in, but she already left at that point, luckily it was written next to the counter.

Then the room: very small (I even chose the 3 beds for more space), very hot (no aircon) and it was only May 9th. Broken toilet seat + toilet not flushing (see picture) after the first time, pillows where incredibly thick so sleeping was a nightmare, the mirror was awkwardly placed (for people with a maximum height of 1.70m?) and the rain shower was leaking. Curtains are basically not curtains, the sun is shining straight into the room so whenever the sun is up, your day starts since sleeping is no longer an option. Upon leaving in the morning: no reception.

The breakfast was quite good and varied, it’s the only thing I enjoyed.

Perfect place, nice and quiet. Generous breakfast.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt beim Gold Tower Hotel, trotz Regen war es super gemütlich, warm, blitzsauber, es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, was gar nicht hätte sein brauchen, das Zimmer war groß!
Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend, jeden Morgen was anderes und viel mehr als man essen könnte und super lecker und frisch.
Die Lage ist super, das Hotel super erreichbar mit Auto und ideal für Ausflüge. Auch Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind fussläufig erreichbar.

Pohodlné postele, strešná terasa s krbom. Každý deň výmena ručníka.
Vynikajúce lokál raňajky. Možnosť urobiť si desiatu.

Уютный номер и сам отель. Убирали хорошо. Завтраки хорошие, вкусные и вариативные.
Удобные кровати.
Очень доброжелательный персонал. Мы оставили шлем на горнолыжном курорте в кафе и сотрудник отеля нашла телефон работников кафе, которые нашли шлем и передали нам на следующий день. Огромное спасибо!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gold Tower Hotel. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hosts are able to speak English to an extent which made it easier for us who don't speak Georgian. It was a great bonus to have a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to each day. The hosts truly went above and beyond for us. They kindly arranged a shuttle to the airport, and when our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, the driver even called the bus station on our behalf. He helped us book two bus tickets and brought us back to the hotel, where the hosts welcomed us with coffee while we waited. The bus then picked us up directly from the hotel, which made everything so much easier during a stressful situation.The location is excellent — close to the town centre and very convenient. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
