Enjoy the mountain view from the balcony
Pros:

Firstly despite the fact that the hotel is located right on the main road, it's located sideways (plus you should have seen how thick the walls are there) so for us it was quiet. Secondly, the mountain view was absolutely fascinating, most of our time in hotel were spent sitting on the balcony. It was very easy to park the car right on the main road next to the hotel. The rooms were warm, the water supply was okay. Also the hotel administrator allowed us to come in with our dog.

I also noted that hotel has nice yard for chilling there in summer.

Cons:

Our room definitely required certain upgrade: some sockets weren't working, bedside lamps were broken, the mattresses weren't comfortable and the bed linen wasn't 100% cotton (I do believe having 100% cotton is a mandatory thing for any guest experience).

I would call it a dislike, but it's important to have in mind if you need a lactose-free / vegan / fat-free options for breakfast, these will be very limited, but this will be your primary experience throughout Svaneti.

Pros:

Probably one of the best location and mountain views in Mestia - the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning!

The location is also perfect: right in the center, so you don’t need to walk or drive anywhere. Cafes and bars are just around the corner.

The room itself is standard, small, and basic, but clean and perfectly fine for a mountain stay. The bed is comfortable, and the terrace is spacious.

Cons:

Some basic dishes would be great - like two cups, two spoons, a corkscrew (which turned out to be a real issue at midnight!), and a kettle. You can borrow them downstairs (but not a corkscrew at midnight), but it would be much more convenient to have them in the room.
A small fridge in the room would also be a nice addition.
