Stayed for a night. Very good check-in and check out. Breakfast was good, could have been better-some more items. I opted for pay at property, however received a call to pay full in advance. Did not like this.

One housekeeping member rang the door bell and entered the room even before i could reach the door or even respond. And we dint even call for any housekeeping service. It was for some other room, but the guest got their room number wrong. So this guy has just decided to walk in.
In response when my husband spoke to the reception, their just said “we are sorry for the inconvenience” in a “matter of fact” way and showed no concern towards the incident or the fact that a woman was staying the room. When we asked to speak to the general manager, he was unavailable. I had to point it out that from a woman’s point of view this was a matter of personal safety, then they seemed a little more genuine in their apology. However their head receptionist still showed no concern.
Another moment was at the restaurant “tangerine” where breakfast is served, the servers needed to be reminded again and again to bring things to the table. And initially when we brought it to their attention that these things have still not been served, he responded with a “ya-ya” … again extremely casually.
Overall the staff is not very well trained. The space is nice as per its price and location.
Initially we were not going to give any reviews, but after seeing their casualness towards safety of their guests, we decided to write one.
