Great hotel close to MAN
Pros:

Super clean, well equipped, total silence at night, very close to the MAN Forums, vending machine with drinks in the lobby, conference room available. Breakfast fresh and tasty! I'd be happy to book here again.

Pros:

La verdad es que el hotel nos pareció excelente. Es muy cómodo, la habitación tiene un tamaño adecuado, el colchón es comodísimo y la cama es grande. La cocina está bien equipada y también tiene un tamaño adecuado. El baño, por su parte, es perfecto.

Además, el alojamiento está muy bien aislado del ruido, por lo que no se escuchaba nada y pudimos descansar de maravilla.

Como único aspecto negativo, diría que el wifi funcionaba un poco lento, aunque, como no necesitábamos trabajar, no nos supuso ningún problema.

En definitiva, lo recomendamos totalmente y, sin duda, repetiríamos nuestra estancia.

Ich würde dieses Hotel immer wieder gerne buchen.
Pros:

Richtig schönes Hotel, Hotelzimmer sauber und groß. Personal war richtig nett. Frühstück buffet war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Es gibt eine Haltestelle fast direkt vor den Hotel, leider fährt der letzte Bus so gegen 21 Uhr da vorbei. Deswegen müssten man entweder so 30 Minuten von Bahnhof aus gehen oder ein E-Roller mieten. Allerdings würde ich immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen

Sehr gutes Hotel in Allach!
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig und sogar mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr modern eingerichtet.

Poor Customer Service and Bugs

Nothing. Checked out after less than 24 hours

Cons:

This hotel was extremely disappointing. I found multiple insects in my room, including on the bed, and photographed them.

When I initially asked to change rooms, the tall, young brunette man told me, “There’s nothing we can do for you.” For a room costing over $200 per night, I found that response extremely unacceptable.

The water also had a strange, unpleasant smell. I contacted the hotel in writing and Booking.com for assistance, but the hotel never responded to my message or to Booking.com’s attempts to help.

Other reviews mention staff being helpful with Oktoberfest information and even rides to the train station, so I was surprised by how cold my own experience felt. It instead matched the reviews that also mention poor customer service

I understand that one insect can happen anywhere, but after finding several and receiving no meaningful assistance, I chose to leave early. Thankfully, I was able to get my money back after filing several complaints.

A simple room change or genuine effort to address the situation would have made a huge difference. I do not recommend staying here. This was an extremely unpleasant way to start my first Oktoberfest.
