Good location, clean, but very hot…
Pros:

Good location, very clean. Easy check-in. Breakfast was good, and the man running the breakfast was extremely kind.

Cons:

The room is tiny for the price. There is no air conditioning and the windows are massive, so when you open them in the night it’s too noisy to sleep.

Frühstück super lecker, der Herr am Bedienen sehr nett und freundlich

Cons:

Zimmer viel zu klein, Badezimmer noch schlimmer. KEINE KLIMAANLAGE, unmöglich zu schlafen! Fenster auf der Straße mit vielen Kneipen und vielen Geräuschen. Ein Albtraum!

Pros:

very friendly at reception and across the hotel, they remember your breakfast preferences the next day, flexible on check and check out, family style, very clean, can be somewhat warm on hot summer days in the rooms, since they are small (older renovated building, inner city location)

Pros:

Great location, all attractions are close by. Very nice neighborhood, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Very nice hotel and staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection, available until 10 on weekdays and 10:30 on weekends.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning and it was too hot in the room. But I think that having AC is a general problem in the center of Munich. Opening the windows can help if it's not Friday and it's not too loud from nearby bars. There is also a fan.
