Cons:

À la fois le plus cher et le pire hôtel que j’ai eu en Inde. J’ai réservé une chambre double deluxe avec salle de bain privative + terrasse avec vue. En réalité j’étais comme dans un sous-sol, la terrasse donne sur un mur, aucune lumière naturelle, et côté couloir une vitre sans rideaux occultants. Les murs sont en cartons, l’hôtel résonne comme une cathédrale vous serez réveillés à 6h du matin par les occupants, et à 9h ils mettent la musique à fond car l’hôtel organise aussi des réceptions. Pas de douche dans la salle de bain il faut faire avec un sceau. La chambre était très sale… ne vous fiez pas aux photos du site, même la carte des menus est un mensonge : quand j’ai demandé où était le breakfast ils m’ont dit qu’ils ne faisaient pas à manger et qu’il fallait aller en ville ! Personnel désagréable pour couronner le tout. Bref à 25 euros la nuit mieux vaut aller ailleurs !!

Don't go there
Worst experience ever
They overbooked the hotel, even after having confirmed my reservation with them (without paying any amount before arrival of course!!) they threw us in a pilgrim room in front of the Church, a place I would say is ABSOLUTELY not for bookings normally. Awful behavior of the staff and the manager, condescending tone and no empathy for people who traveled 5 hours to have a shitty room, not the one they booked. Never go there in touristic season.

Great Hotel with Wonderful staffs
Pros:

The hotel was really good and clean. The best was the night staff who was in the reception. He helped us a lot and he was very friendly too. The room was clean and silent.

Cons:

The hotel is in a bit of a height and there was construction going on.
