Stay Away! Matchbox type rooms and high prices
Pros:

Sai Guest House is overpriced for what it is and given that there was no breakfast. Just the room costed 2400!
Rooms are extremely small with no cupboards, which makes is very inconvenient to keep anything. Rooms are so small that at one time only one person can walk inside and other needs to sit on the bed. Room includes a micro sized bathroom and a miniature wash basin, which is laughable.
Mosquitoes are free gift that one can expect. Doors are hardly sound proof, any movement or talk in the corridor, is very disturbing.
Car parking is congested and needs coordination with other residents to park or exit: it can conveniently accommodate only 2 cars.
For few hundred books more, it is better to book in any descent hotel instead
