Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft, kleines Zimmer, aber das ist halt so in einer Stadt und war kein Thema für 3 Nächte. Sehr ruhig gelegen und ein gemütliches Bett! Kleiner Balkon war auch dabei.
Die Lage war perfekt. Busstation ums Eck und auch zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar.
Frühstückslokal nebenan.

Cons:

einzig eine Kaffeemaschine wäre toll gewesen, aber es gibt genügend Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken in der Nähe 😊

This is a good functional stop-over hotel. Nothing more. Nothing less.
Pros:

Room design & size were good. Staff were very helpful. Nice and quiet

Cons:

No facilities other a room to sleep in - nowhere to chill & have a drink; no food options.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение бутик-отеля , недалеко порт и набережная. В номере чисто, удобная кровать, хорошие постельные принадлежности и качественная косметика в ванной.

Cons:

Стойка регистрации работает с 8:00 до 21:00, что создаёт неудобства. Вечером произошло отключение электричества, и связаться с персоналом было невозможно, поэтому вопрос не удалось оперативно решить.

Cons:

No reception. Bags left hanging around the open doorway before checkin. No bathroom to get changed or refresh yourself while waiting for your room. It’s not a boutique hotel. It is an apartment complex!

Safe, friendly staff stay in Napoli.
Pros:

A lovely location, lovely bars and restaurants nearby. A short walk to the prom and a little bit away from the Spanish quarter.
A really safe location and fairly quiet too.
Staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to a friend.

Cons:

There isn’t a breakfast option available and the cafe close by was closed during our stay.
The rooms are bright and have beautiful balconies but the showers have mould - this is not because they aren’t cleaned we can absolutely see they are being cleaned it’s just the design of the showers, it traps water.
Overall these are very minor things that didn’t really impact our stay but just want to flag incase it matters to anyone else.

Beautiful area of the city centre
Pros:

Easy check in … Chiara was wonderful such great help. We had a suite which was in the building next door. The rooms were very spacious and super clean. Wonderful air conditioning and very great shower. Great to have elevators to bring up luggage. Chiara suggested a few restaurants which were amazing BTW and within walking distance too. The hotel is in a very nice quiet area of the city.

Cons:

Did not like the fact that there was not a 24 hr reception. We had a concern in the middle of the night called the number they gave us but no response at all.

A nice clean place to stay
Pros:

The location was easy enough to get to from the train station, it requires an 800m walk but it was down hill. The bus station to get to the old part of town was just around the corner. The staff were very nice, one of men on the desk replaced the card to access the hotel that I had managed to lose on the first night, he was very understanding. The room was very tidy and clean. The hotel is on a street with plenty of clothing stores and there is a grocer 150m away for essentials. They didn't have breakfast on offer, but we were expecting that and it was easy enough to grab pastries from the cafes up the road.

Cons:

The air-conditioning was pretty poor, there was a lack of air flow in the room and it was centrally controlled at the desk so you couldn't adjust it yourself. It was upwards of 34 degrees Celsius in Naples at the time. Both nights we were uncomfortably warm, and mentioned this to the lady at the desk but it didn't change.
