Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ok, wenn man über manches hinwegsehen kann.
Pros:

Das historische Flair der Villa ist nett und die kostenlosen überdachten Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück sowie die Nähe zur S-Bahn sind ganz praktisch .

Cons:

Besonders im Bad fallen stümperhafte oder notwendige Reparaturarbeiten und Unsauberkeiten auf.
Die Zudecken und Kissen der Betten sollten auch mal in die Reinigung da weder sie, noch die Bettwäsche gut riechen.
Der Service am Frühstücksbuffet lässt leider auch zu wünschen übrig und macht keinen professionellen Eindruck.

Eccellente esperienza, da rifare, grazie a voi Berlino merita di essere rivisitata.
Pros:

Struttura suggestiva, incastonata in un quartiere tranquillo, con un fascino particolare, arredata con molta cura nei dettagli, letto comodissimo; La stanza utilizzata aveva un'angolo con divano e finestrone con 4/5 ante. Nonostante la temperatura esterna fosse calda, la stanza ci ha consentito di riposare senza nessun problema (priva di aria condizionata e ventilatore), pur dormendo con le finestre aperte, senza zanzariere, non siamo stati invasi dalle zanzare.
La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalla metropolitana, vicino a molte attività commerciali di ogni genere.
Staff cordialissimo, la proprietaria gentilissima.
Colazione abbondante e varia.
Grazie.

La non possibilità di utilizzare i distributori automatici di bevande e alimenti durante l'arco notturno, in quanto spenti.
