Overall good experience but parking & WIFI needs improvement
Pros:

I like the hotel strategic location, right at the center of the city

Cons:

1. Bad WIFI cover, line totally unstable and couldn't managed to get a proper stable connection
2. Poor parking facility, car can enter but difficult to exit due to blocked passage & need to part at sister Mandarin hotel

Was put up in the top floor where the room is old, faulty toilet sink and a non-working TV. Requested for a room change for the 2nd night and was moved to a renovated room on the lower floor

Pros:

O hotel era ok, nada demais e nem de menos. Os quartos eram bem espaçosos. Ficamos apenas uma noite pois estávamos na cidade para uma corrida da UTMB. A grande vantagem é que o hotel era super perto do ponto de largada e chegada da corrida, o que foi extremamente conveniente :)

Cons:

O hotel fica numa rua um pouco “baixo astral”, com varias casas de entretenimento adulto (se é que me entendem), e muitos dos clientes desses estabelecimentos ficavam olhando para mim e minha noiva quando passávamos pela rua com olhares nojentos.

Sei que isso nao tem nada a ver com o hotel, mas foi desagradável passar por isso cada vez que saimos/voltavamos para la

Pros:

Great experience especially booking was for Songkran which rooms were limited. I was facing some credit card issue at the counter which the reception was helpful to allow time for me to resolve my credit card issue while allowing me to check in first. (of course my passport is kept with the reception as their normal procedure with all customers) Grateful for the service and hospitality.

Cons:

The bathroom shower can be improved as water temperature and pressure kept fluctuating.
