Staff should smile and talk politely when interacting with the guests. I have seen a few staff at the reception counter speaking quite rudely when I was asking them questions regarding the rooms. They sounded angry when I called them for room service. Another problem is there are NO TOOTHBRUSH & TOOTHPASTE. Very inconvenient.

No parking space

1. Unstable electrical systems - many noises throughout my stay, the telephone, ceiling @@
2. There are ants in my room!
3. Dirty kettle - and it makes my bf admitted to their local hospital for 3 days

Not convenient for foreign tourists. The description did not mention the payment has to be made by cash, and it was a non refundable booking. After the booking has been confirmed only the hotel messaged and asked me to deposit a full payment to their bank account.
Message them if I can make the payment by cash and their reply was also very unprofessional.
Called booking.com customer service and they CS agent also said that as per the hotel policy, the hotel is really supposed to charge the payment to my credit card and not asking me to pay by cash, but yet the hotel still insisted that I have to pay by cash.
Very bad experience.

Too old furnitures, no necessary amenities in the bathroom and musty smell on the carpet room.

Totally not worth of the money that i paid for. The room was terrible. The washroom was super terrible. Looks like it was not been cleaned for ages. The windows still had so much of dust and rubbish sitting on the rail. The curtain had spiderwebs. The washroom did not have any toilet drain cover even the sink. The shower just poor on you when u open the valve. A terrible stay and total not worth for the money that i paid. Even the breakfast there only a fried rice, fried noodles and porridge.

- There were no staff members to help carry luggage, so I had to carry it up the stairs from the parking lot by myself.
- During check-in, the staff didn’t confirm whether breakfast was included in my booking. I later recalled that I had booked with breakfast, so I had to call and ask. The staff then informed me that I needed to collect a breakfast coupon each morning before dining. Ideally, the system should automatically show which rooms have breakfast included, so guests only need to provide their room number to the staff.
- The room rate was around 2,000 baht per night, but there were no toiletries provided at all—not even a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, or shampoo. Although I had brought most of these items with me, I forgot my toothbrush and had to go out and buy one.
- When I entered the bathroom in the room, there was already standing water on the floor. I tried to call the reception to report it, but no one answered.
- On the following night, housekeeping came in to clean the room but only provided one bottle of water instead of the usual two.
- On the morning of my checkout day, a staff member knocked very loudly on my door around 8 a.m. just to ask if I would be extending my stay. I was quite displeased with being disturbed so early in the morning like that, especially since I already knew the checkout time was before noon.
