Pros:

The location is pretty good, close to the center and the metro. Price was fine. They approve our change of dates.

Cons:

The smell in the room and in the toilet was bad. No teapot, glasses, other stuff. Only bad and table with the chair. Really uncomfortable pillows.

Botellas vacías y suciedad bajo camas, tuberías obstruidas, camas pequeñas y encajadas entre columna y baño.

Fair but way overpriced
Pros:

Room and bed was spacious

Cons:

The whole building and facilities are spread over a rather questionable and bad maintained location und purpose. The neighbourhood is well located but certainly not the best. And this for 170€ for a single night.

Bilbao è una bella città !! Da scoprire e assaporare per quel che rappresenta.
Pros:

La posizione è buona per visitare il centro ( anche se sopra la stazione centrale treno)

Cons:

La struttura in sé è veramente poco carina .. e le stanze che sarebbero anche funzionali non son tenute benissimo; letti scomodi e odore di fumo che non svanisce neanche tenendo le finestre aperte.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse (je pense que nous avions la chambre pour handicapés).
très fonctionnelle.
Nous avons trouvé un parking près des arènes juste à côté de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le quartier est un peu bizarre...
Un peu loin des centres d'intérêt de Bilbao.
