Cons:

The hotel looks nothing like what is shown in the photos—they’ve put up completely fake images, and even the location isn’t good.
The rooms are very small, the bathroom smells bad, and the bed is extremely uncomfortable. For an extra bed, they just provided a cheap, dirty mattress. The room fans don’t work, and there were no basic bathroom amenities like soap—just a ₹1 shampoo sachet.
The hotel doesn’t even have its own kitchen, and for breakfast they send guests to another hotel. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Hotel was already full.

Cons:

We booked hotel online and paid online and when we reached there hotel was already full and they said you have to go to other fab hotel and we reached other hotel it was full too. What’s the point of booking online and then i contacted fab hotel curstomer care after 2 hours they manage somehow one hotel and room was in bad condition there was no window.
Worst service by fabhotel.

Dis-satisfied, basically the property is used like Oyo for youngsters.
Pros:

Location, price and quiet.

Cons:

When I reached there around 1pm, the room wasn't clean and ready. The staff was loud and non-cooperative. There was an awful smell right from the reception. Bedsheets were not clean.

Worst hotel no hot water for bath they are charging 35 rupees for 1 ltr of water bottle also the water was not mineral water it was normal tap water. Fan was full of dust. Worst cleanliness. 0 ratings. No service

Bad stinky smell from the room

Only the location nothing else is to be liked

Cons:

Mattress have burn holes even the pillow covers have the same I requested to change it but got the same again.
Mattress condition is really bad
I was given the offer for late check out but they denied.
1 light which abive my face is not turning off so lot problem in sleeping
