Wegen zentraler Lage viel Lärm: auf beiden Seiten Bahnschienen, Strasse, Schiffsanlegestelle, Dampfbahn mit zusätzlichem Lärm und Emissionen.
Kein überdachter Unterstand für E-Bikes, mussten sie im Auto lassen. Velo-Platz reichte knapp für Personal
Duschvorhang zu einem Viertel zu kurz in der Breite --> Badezimmer unter Wasser

Mooie locatie, hotel voor verbetering vatbaar

Cons:

Personeel heel wisselend! Een aardige vrouw die Engels sprak en een man, rest matig vriendelijk
Ontbijt niet vroeg genoeg, zeker niet op nieuwjaarsdag voor skiërs ( toen wel erg uitgebreid)
Geen plek om spullen neer te zetten

Cons:

Wir waren nicht darüber informiert, dass an Silvester im Keller eine Rockparty stattfand, deren Lautstärke im gesamten Hotel deutlich spürbar war. Zudem war die Geräuschdämmung zum Nachbarzimmer äußerst unzureichend; es wirkte, als bestünde lediglich eine dünne Trennwand. Dadurch waren Gespräche und sogar das Schnarchen aus dem Nachbarzimmer deutlich zu hören.
Essen war OK
Dessert ungenügend, schlechte Qualität der Glace.

da Preisleistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Es hat ein gemütlichs Restaurant mit gutem Essen.

Cons:

Wir wollten etwas früher Morgenessen, da erwies sich das Personal als sehr unflexibel und auch unfreundlich. Trotz dem das wir 9 Personen waren die gegessen haben wollten sie uns nach dem Essen nicht noch eine Runde ausschenken.
