Boravili smo u puno boljim hotelima za iste novce

Lokacija hotela i pogled iz sobe izvrstan.

Cons:

Napustili smo hotel nakon jednog noćenja zbog prevelike buke noću. Po cijelom hotelu širio se neugodan miris kanalizacije. Dobili smo sobu s kupaonicom za invalide koju nismo tražili niti nam je bilo igdje napomenuto da ćemo to dobiti. U sobi ne rade strujne utičnice, pa smo mobitel punili u kupaoni. Soba više nije u stanju kao na slikama na bookingu. Veliki minus je da restoran u hotelu ne radi, mada su na dan našeg odlaska organizirani ručkovi za vanjske goste.

Příjemná lokalita s půlhodinou procházkou po nábřeží řeky Drávy do centra.

Cons:

Naprosto špinavé ubytování, brouci na pokoji, toaleta špinavá od výkalů předchozích hostů a velmi hlučný hotel včetně personálu, který již v půl šesté ráno luxoval chodbu. Snídaně s žalostnou nabídkou, bez sladké části a bez doplňování skonzumované stravy.

Cons:

I encountered a service that was far below my expectations. I found several bugs in my room, not only on the floor but even inside the towels. This situation seriously affected my comfort and raised concerns about hygiene.
Additionally, the breakfast service was quite insufficient. Once the food at the buffet ran out, it was not replenished, which resulted in many guests not being able to fully benefit from the breakfast. I kindly request that necessary measures be taken to rectify this situation.

Lovely stay in Osijek
Pros:

Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, and we had a lovely view over the river. The staff were super helpful with our many requests.

Cons:

I wish they would either turn off the music or play something calmer in the hallways. The incessant pop music was a bit annoying.
