Ein gemütliches Hotel

Ein wirklich schönes, kleines Hotel inmitten einer sehenswerten Gutsanlage. Wir hatten ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer im Haupthaus, absolut ruhig, mit schönem Blick auf den Park. Zur Begrüßung gab es Pralinen und Obst, sowie eine Flasche Wasser. Das große Bett war sehr bequem mit verschiedenen Kopfkissen zur Auswahl. Zum Frühstück war ein leckeres, liebevoll aufgebautes Buffett vorbereitet und die freundliche Frühstücksdame hat Extrawünsche wie Eierspeisen und Kaffeespezialitäten entgegen genommen.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir mit den Speisemöglichkeiten auf Gut Panker nicht so ein Glück. Beim Check in am Sonntag um 15Uhr, haben wir erfahren, daß wir auch als Hausgäste ohne Reservierung und bei knappem Personal in der Küche nicht im Restaurant "Ole Liese" zu Abend essen können. Wir erhielten eine vorbereitete Liste von Restaurants in der Umgebung, was die Suche nach einem Tisch am Sonntag Abend in den Ferien nicht leichter gemacht hat. Das Angebot im Café im "Nachtwächterhäuschen" nebenan war leider auch enttäuschend. Am Sonntag Nachmittag vor 16Uhr hatte das Café mit der eigenen Patisserie immerhin noch 3 Stück Blechkuchen im Angebot. Schade! Vielleicht ist es für andere Hotelgäste hilfreich, schon bei der Buchung auf die notwendige Reservierung hingewiesen zu werden. Weder auf der Homepage des Restaurants noch bei Booking wird darauf hingewiesen, nur im Zimmer findet man diese wichtige Info, aber dann ist es leider zu spät.

Für mich war alles perfekt

Das Hotel Ole Liese gehört, mit vielen anderen Gebäuden, welche in einer Parkähnlichen Landschaft stehen, zum Gut Panker.
Ich war im Gästehaus untergebracht und hatte ein sehr schönes, im englischen Stil eingerichtetes, helles, großes Zimmer mit modernem Bad. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man braucht, inclusive Safe und kleiner Kaffeemaschine.
Im Erdgeschoss des Gästehauses befand sich ein Aufenthaltsraum mit kleiner Teeküche und Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen und das Personal fragte nach Sonderwünschen.
Ich war leider nur eine Nacht dort.

Cons:

Das Frühstück - am Tisch serviert wie in der Vergangenheit - war etwas besonderes und außergewöhnlich - leider wurde es wegen Personalmangel durch ein Buffet ersetzt.
Das "Professionelle" - der "aristokratische Charme" - wie in der Vergangenheit gepflegt - fehlt, seit die Ole Liese nicht mehr inhabergeführt betrieben wird.
Der Duschkopf im Zimmer "Barbera" muss dringend gewechselt werden.

Wir hatten eine wirklich wunderschöne Zeit auf Gut Panker und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Es hat einfach alles gepasst – die besondere Atmosphäre, die Umgebung, der freundliche und aufmerksame Service und das gesamte Ambiente.

Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend: sehr lecker, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag.

Für uns war der Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende rundum gelungen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können Gut Panker uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
