Pros:

מיקום מעולה בעיר poprad צמוד לסופר מצוין, קרוב לקניון נחמד וכמובן במרחק נסיעה סביר מרוב אתרי הטיולים הפופולריים.

Cons:

סה״כ אהבנו מאוד את המקום , חיסרון מסויים יש בעובדה שהקבלה פתוחה רק משעה 13:00 עד 20:00.

guter erster Eindruck, der sich aber im Detail nicht bestätigt
Pros:

- relativ neu errichtetes und modernes Hotel
- Frühstück ist à la carte (Auswahl aus mehreren Frühstücksmenüs inkl 1 Heißgetränk) im benachbarten Restaurant, kostet €10 zusätzlich
- genügend verfügbarer Parkplatz vorm Hotel (gab auch mehrere Wallboxen)
- WLAN immer gut verfügbar gewesen
- vom Gang aus (und wohl auch von einigen Zimmern) ist die Hohe Tatra recht schön zu sehen

Cons:

- Rezeption von 13.00 bis 20.00 Uhr besetzt, sonst kein Personal anwesend (wenn man nach 20.00 Uhr ins Hotel will, dann Chipkarte=Zimmerkarte nutzen, Checkout = Schlüssel in Briefkasten neben geschlossener Rezeption einwerfen)
- Glühbirne defekt, somit finster im Zimmer, habe einen Zettel geschrieben (weil ja Rezeption nur sehr schwach besetzt ist) und aufs Bett gelegt. Zettel war am Abend weg, Glühbirne war nicht getauscht und Zimmer finster (konnte nur via Nachttischlampen Licht haben)
- Duschtür geht nach innen(!) auf, Nutzung der Dusche somit für etwas beleibtere Personen nicht möglich und war für mich ein gerade noch hinein kommen und somit gerade noch nutzbar (Rücken war gegen die Wand gepresst und die Tür hat immer meinen Bauch berührt)
- drei Nächte geblieben und am letzten Tag wurde nur der Müll entleert, kein Bett gemacht, kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt oä
- mehrere Fingerabdrücke am Fenster gehabt, wurden auch nicht weggemacht (habe den Vorhang mal zur Seite gezogen gehabt, der wurde im Zuge des Housekeepings nur vors Fenster gezogen, die sichtbaren Abdrücke wurden aber nicht entfernt
- mir war die Matratze viel zu weich (aber ist ja Geschmackssache sowas)

Tiszta volt, egyket szőr száll kivételével 😂

Cons:

Szőrszállak az agyban, a recepcios világossabban elmondhatta volna hogy hol talalható a reggeliző. Csak fejevel mutatott egy ajtóra aztan reggel rá jottunk h az szemelyzetnek van 😂
