Wonderful and romantic lodge in the forest
Pros:

Wonderful lodge surrounded by amazing forest and by the beautiful Trancura river. Delicious breakfast and great food prepared by a great chef.

Cons:

Manager is not on site and the service people are very nice but don’t have much experience and procedures are not clear for them. Chef is not always on site and then is very hard to get some food.

First time in Chile and Rakau made it perfect.
Pros:

The property was perfect. Away from Pucon, quiet and beautiful and the food was incredible. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable . They tolerated our limited Spanish !

Refúgio em Pucón
Pros:

O hotel é totalmente inserido na natureza e é muito silencioso e agradável. O salão principal parece de uma casa, acolhedor, e o quarto e banheiro são ótimos. O café da manhã é especialmente preparado e servido pela querida dupla Lorena e Daniela, que merecem todos os elogios. Muito simpáticas, atenciosas e prestativas. Para ficar nesse hotel, é preciso estar de carro. Ele fica a 10km do centro de Pucón, mas no meio do caminho para o parque nacional Huerquehue, para Ojos de Caburgua e pertinho do Saltos de Mariman. Tem um mercado na esquina da estrada de terra com a via principal, mas é preciso carro também.

Cons:

A TV do nosso quarto não funcionou: só dispõe de apps e não conseguimos espelhar. Pedi ajuda, mas não tive grande atenção. Não é um grande problema, pois, sinceramente, acho que esse tipo de hotel nem precisa de TV.

Acho que os recepcionistas poderiam ser mais interessados e proativos no sentido de dar dicas, oferecer passeios e guias. Pucón é uma cidade totalmente voltada pra natureza e esportes. Claro que fizemos tudo que queríamos, mas pesquisamos por conta própria. Eles até enviaram um PDF simples, mas não foram muito proativos e animados em sugerir, conhecer os hóspedes.

Acho que a hot tub não deveria ser cobrada. Deveria ser parte da tarifa da hospedagem.

Todo! En un entorno precioso, el personal super buena onda, piezas muy bien decoradas, cálidas y acogedoras. La tinaja con vista al río fue una experiencia única.

Lo unico que mejoraría es el desayuno, pondría un poco más de opciones, pero el resto estuvo increíble

Site exceptionnel sur tous les plans. Le service le lieu au milieu de la forêt la qualité de la chambre et le confort…
Vraiment exceptionnel.
Un peu off-road pour y accéder mais c’est dans l’ambiance tout en forêt…

Lugar es muy lindo, con mucha naturaleza y anímales, acceso caminando al río

Para llegar había que andar un tramo corto de camino no asfaltado ni iluminación, pero en general en buenas condiciones, si se recorre de noche hay q ir lento por precaución
