2. Food was good
1. Attitude of housekeeping. - tardy and reluctant for everything. As simple as replacing towels had to be substantiated with proof of bath, and serious interrogation by the housekeeping team.
2. Terrible maintainance - my room phone was out service. Called up the reception through mobile, over 45 mins no one came. Finally my son went down to the reception to the fetch a maintainance person. Only then was it replaced. It took about 90 minutes to complete the entire sequence of events.
3. The linens were in a horrible state. All worn out.
All in all, I had to put up there due to some group contraints, else the experience was poor and would never recommend to anyone.
My stay at Hotel Celebration was very comfortable and as I was travelling alone, it was very safe too. I had no problem in check-in, room was spacious, bathroom was clean. Water bottles were supplied, there was provision for tea, coffee in the room. The breakfast spread was elaborate and had different cuisines. Eggs and dosas were provided on order. Hot water was available in washroom all day long. I will definitely choose Hotel Celebration next time I visit Raipur.
I found the wifi a bit slow and also, the internet connection of my own phone was little down all through the city. Other than that, I did not face any problem while my stay in this hotel.

Cleaning is not according to the standards. Lot of cockroaches and insects roaming around in the room and open areas

Staff... The price they display over net is always false ... it's thrice happened with booking .Com..
The price they show n book the rooms but on arrival they start giving lower value rooms suggesting the customer that u have done booking for this only....
