Pros:

Era tutto perfetto, dalla posizione, acolienza, la pulizia e i pasti. Il cibo ricco e delizioso. Non mancava niente. Il personale era molto gentile e venivano incontro per qualsiasi esigenza dei clienti. Consigliatissimo. Le serate piene di intrattenimento per i bambini e i adulti. Secondo me merita più stelle.

Il cibo era molto buono, la posizione ottima perché a 2 minuti dal mare e la presenza di molte attività per i bambini dal mattino fino alla sera con latte e biscotti messo a disposizione gratuito pre nanna.

Cons:

Avrei apprezzato una maggiore cura nella pulizia della stanza considerato che in 9 giorni non ci hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola e anche maggiore discrezione nel personale pulizia che spesso entrava mentre eravamo ancora a letto il mattino presto.
Il buffet delle verdure e antipasti a cena sarebbe buona cosa riempirli quando terminati perché spesso scendendo 5 minuti dopo l'apertura del ristorante metà dei vassoi erano vuoti e non venivano mai sostituiti.

Проживание в отеле было очень и очень приятным. Колектив дружелюбен, внимателен к гостям, во всех вопросах компетентный. У нас был улучшенный номер на двоих, сам номер не очень большой но уютный, новая мебель,холодильник, кондиционер, ванная комната просторная, всё новое. Каждое утро уборка в номере.
Повору и всему персоналу, работающему на кухне и в ресторане, отдельное спасибо, молодцы, были приятно удевлены, всё очень, очень вкусно, тематические вечера тоже были прекрасно организованы.Отличное место для семей с маленькими детьми, аниматоры посвещают много времени для их розвлечения. Очень хорошо провели время, соотношение цена и качество для 3х звездночного отеля, отличное. Советуем.
