Best to avoid. Boudle and Golden Dune are much better for the same price. Misleading reviews.

Underground car park

Cons:

Hotel price is same as Boudl Fayha and Golden Dune. How is that even possible? This is a 1 star hotel, if that.
Everything is broken
Had to move 4 times
Broken shower, broken toilet seat, windows constantly open hence very cold in January
TV remote is either broken in some rooms or the channels are not set
Wall sockets not working
Pakistani workers don't want to work and fix things so they keep saying everything is ok.
