Pros:

Very accessible to any part of the city. We love a lot of selections of menu every morning at breakfast time. Feel good, comfortable and have a good sleep. Nice room and very accomodating staff.

الجدران داخل الغرفة بها رطوبة وتحتاج صيانة و باب الحمام زجاجي ولا يغلق جيدا بوفيه الافطار متواضع جدا
طاولات و كراسي المطعم غير مخصصة لذلك وغير مريحة

Awful, would never come here again in these conditions.
Pros:

They breakfast was fine and room served meals were alost nice. But as a 3 star Hotel using plastic cutlery? that was so dissapointing and was not satisfactory at all compared to what i have paid.

Cons:

Room service was awful as they would barely bring us towels. one day they COMPLETELY forgot to give any towels and we came back to our room late night and complained about the service and the receiptionist didn't take our complaint seriously at all and was just trying to get us off of his head. the bathroom design is very bad as it keeps flooding whenever you shower so it becomes impossible to usee it after you take a shower. I would not come back to this hotel as i have seen 10 time better 3 STAR Hotels in KSA.
