They need to improve their specifications and not overstate the fecilities actually provided ..
Pros:

Booking.com advertised facilities were not provided Had to remind for coffee tea maker ,complementary water bottle ,hand towels etc etc

Everything at hotel is great. At right location with walkable distance to Sai Temple. Staff are polite and helpful. Very good place to come with family. And for larger family, there is suite available too at reasonable price. Also, got to know on this visit that, they are extending the Hotel which means larger parking space.

Cons:

Not negative, but only two things which I feel should be better.
1. to have water boiler/kettle with complimentary tea/coffee/sugar etc.
2. Toiletries according to number to adults or people travelling. (specially Slippers
are missing)

Pros:

Cleanliness was very good. Even the facilities were good. Clean bedsheets and towels. Rooms painting was nice. The in house restaurant was also good and prompt in their service. Very close to Sai temple was an added advantage. We were provided safe parking for our car and a good place for the driver to stay.

Cons:

The breakfast variety could be increased.
