Pros:

Уютно, комфортно, топло и БЕЗ неприятни миризми.
Страхотна обстановка.
А цвета на стените беше правилният подбран за моят персонален вкус.

Cons:

Попаднах в дни когато нямаше вода в цял Шумен, а навън беше киша от сняг.
Което малко развали почивката ми, но всичко от страна на персонал и уют беше перфектно!
Със сигурност бих се върнала отново..!

Изключително любезен и отзивчив персонал. Много удобни легла и възглавници.

Cons:

Хотела се намира до нощен клуб. До 1-2 ч през нощта беше изключително шумно - музика, викове от заминаващи си компании и т. Н. (стая номер 5,другите може да не са така). Паркинга на хотела са 2 паркоместа пред хотела, за които няма гаранция че ще са свободни. Не е за хора с по-специални коли, или които се притесняват да ги оставят на улицата без надзор. Хотела не се отоплява постоянно и не се препоръчва за зимния сезон. От Рецепция любезно предоставят допълнителна духалка.
