Lovely hotel!
Pros:

My Mum and I had a great stay! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very kind and nice. It will be our go to place every time we visit Shumen.

Pros:

Das Personal, zwei junge Frauen waren liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Ich fragte nach dem wunderschönen Baum vor dem Hotel, die junge Frau kannte ihn nicht.
Als ich später noch einmal an der Rezeption vorbeiging, hatte sie es herausgefunden, worüber ich sehr erfreut war. Ein Götterbaum, mir bis dahin unbekannt, wunderschön!

Много чисто и любезен персонал. Дори ми бяха пуснали климатика предварително преди да пристигна!

Cons:

Единствено беше по-сложно качването с багажа, защото няма асансьор. Всичко друго беше супер!

Добро съотношение цена качество. Близо до центъра. Наличен частен абонамент за паркиране пред хотела. Имаше шишета с вода. Персоналът е любезен, упъти ни как да стигнем до мономента над града.

Couldn't get any sleep
Pros:

Clean, good location.

Cons:

I was in room number 4 and I couldn't sleep at all because of some very loud, low electrical noise going on and off throughout the night.
