The staff lied to my face and their incompetence caused me a lot of problems.
When I arrived, I requested a quiet room because I was working and I needed it for a week. They said that they're renovating and they barely gave me the room that I asked for. They said they will paint the hotel's exterior, they won't do anything inside. I asked if there will be drilling noise also.They assured me that they will only paint and if there will be drilling, it won't last long. The next day I wanted to extend. I asked again a different receptionist if they will make any loud noise. This time the receptionist said that they will fix the roof but they won't work inside the rooms. Starting with 9 AM they started drilling and knocking outside the hotel and also in a couple of rooms. One was next to me. On the third day, when I confronted the receptionist, they denied telling me that they will only work on the outside. She was playing innocent. At this point I had to extend because I was working and I couldn't move hotels. They said I could extend and they mentioned that they will finish the renovations in 5-6 days. When I wanted to extend again, on the forth day, I was told that the hotel was fully booked. They played dumb again, saying that I should have told them that I want to extend. They lied about the renovations inside the hotel, they lied about the duration of the renovations and then they made up a story about the hotel being full. They kicked me out like an unwanted guest. Shame on you! Very incompetent staff! You just lost a customer...not that you care!

They are among the few accommodations that keep reception (with English speaking staff) and restaurant still open
The room and facilities were modest for the price that booking charge usually. My problem is with the reservation platofrm not the hotel.
