It was acceptable for what I wanted for hotel accommodations.
Pros:

Breakfast was acceptable. The hotel called for taxi transportation and told me the exact cost it will be to get from the hotel to where I wanted to go.

Cons:

It would have been better with English speaking personnel available. It would also be good if the hotel accepts foreign credit cards as payment for rooms and services.
