A fost cald in camera si apa calda venea repede.

Cons:

Telecomanda nu mergea in camera noastra, 105, am avut copil si ne am chinuit cu butoanele de la televizor sa gasim canalul si sa reglam volumul. Patul avea o gaura in saltea. In camera 103 la fel, patul a fost o problema.

Ceea mai slabă cazare posibilă la prețul cerut exagerat
Pros:

Absolut nimic plăcut de la cameră cu mobilier rupt și mascat cu autocolant până la patul de îți era frică să nu se rupă

Nu înțeleg de ce patroana este cama de luat vederi și o interesează anumite detalii despre clientul .Deloc primitoare ,mi am uitat un articol vestimentar,am întrebat o dar se pare ca o intrrrsa alte lucruri.Deloc neprofesional.Nu recomand!! Semnal nu prea am avut .

Raport corect calitate preț. Personalul foarte amabil, căldură în camere. Camera curată. Per total a fost o ședere bună.

Cons:

Camera era curata, însă la baie nu se făcuse curățenie. Ușa de la întrare era încuiată după ora 22 si trebuia sa suni pt a veni cineva sa deschida. Nu m-a deranjat, însa se poate îmbunătăți acest aspect. Sa nu trebuiască sa deranjezi mereu pt a intra în hotel.

Pros:

La atención del chico joven recepcionista que si hablaba inglés. La señora que atendió en un principio nos preguntó que porque no hablamos italiano.. somos españoles.... Me dieron ganas de responder que porque ella no hablabs inglés.. pero ... La educación antes de todo. He de destacar el desayuno... Variedad y tipo buffet.. no esperéis leche desnatada ni sin lactosa ni sacarinas ni pan integral.. todo es con gluten y lactosa

Varias cosas. En primer lugar el colchón estaba roto.. la habitación primera estaba sucia... Y la nevera rota .y puerta también.... hacia frío porque tenían la habitación abierta y olía a tabaco. Muy gentilmente cambiaron la habitación por este motivo del wifi a otra con menos espacio pero a mi parecer más buena y aunque no tuviera terraza .. el chico arregló la luz que no funcionaba y me trajo dos mantas más....por lo que la atención fue muy buena .
