Windy brak gdy trzeba dostać się z bagażami na drugie piętro,ale to detal nie mający na nic wpływu

Kein Restaurant mehr, sie mussten einen Stern streichen und es war super super laut!! Bundesstraßen fast vor der Haustür und die Klimaanlage böllert zusätzlich die ganze Zeit, kein Auge zugetan ...

Baie cu obiecte sanitare vechi, unele nefunctionale, Restaurantul este inchis, nu exista nicio posibillitate de a lua masa sau de a cumpara ceva din zona. Hotelul este amplasat intr-o zona proasta. Am gasit foarte greu hotelul,, au doua locuri de parcare in curte, restul locurilor sunt in strada.

No tiene ascensor y la zona entre el hotel y el centro no es muy linda para caminar de noche, hay partes oscuras que dan una sensación de inseguridad.

Falta de limpieza,los colchones eran incomodos,pocas sabanas. No ofrecian desayuno

It was really dirty, dark and deserted kind of place. I cancelled my stay and booked another hotel just across the road. The guy at the receptionist talked me inpolitely after I first checked the room as I felt from the entrance and all I would not want to stay there. and said the room smells bad ( coming from the bathroom) and also when I tried to see the outside, window was covered in dust and was no air could come from outside as the window was so small as well. I told him I want to cancel my booking he gor angry at me how can I hold the room and now can cancel it. And while I was checking other hotels nearby, he told me I can not use his wife and should leave. And how I dare to criticize its hotel and I should look at the hotels in Istanbul. They also covered one of the stars in the window of the hotel in the entrance. Booking com was showing 4 stars, they made it 3 with coverage but in reality hotel quality was only at the level of hostel. I should have not booked it as its review was under 7.6 but I was in rush in booking so I was not careful. It was a very dirty, dark, and deserted-looking place. I decided to cancel my stay and booked another hotel just across the road.
From the moment I entered, I felt uncomfortable. After checking the room, I noticed a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The window was tiny, covered in dust, and barely opened, so there was almost no fresh air or natural light.
When I told the receptionist that I wanted to cancel my booking, he became upset and asked how I could reserve the room and then cancel it. While I was looking for another hotel nearby on my phone, he told me I could not use their Wi-Fi and that I should leave immediately. He also spoke to me very rudely, saying I had no right to criticize the hotel and that I should look at the hotels in Istanbul instead.
Another thing I found misleading was the hotel’s star rating. Booking.com showed it as a 4-star hotel, but one of the stars displayed at the entrance

Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój na jedną noc. Po przybyciu i zobaczeniu pokoju, od razu postanowiliśmy poszukać czegoś innego. Zdjęcia pokoju z bookingu są mocno podrasowane. Dywany brudne, meble stare, pod prysznicem grzyb. Absolutnie nie polecam i żałuję, że nie sfotografowałem faktycznego stanu pokoju.
