Hotel Andalus

The hotel on booking is 4 star but in reality its 3 star hotel, it used to have a restaurant but not anymore, had to park the car outside the hotel, as there were no room inside.

The room was outdated, there were holes in the wall, dirty carpets all around, the shower was full of mould and the shower head, was the cheapest you could find on the market, there should be some sort of standard in the hotel, but it was none, i had to change the room because it wasn’t locking from inside.

Al llegar la luz no funciona. En lugar de cambiarme de habitación el recepcionista arregló la luz "como pudo". No había escalera y le tuve que aguantar la silla para que lo hiciera. No me importó ayudarle en lo que pudiera y aguantar la silla para evitar que cayera pero creo que a la 1:30 de la noche en lugar de ponerlos a arreglar luces hubiese sido más adecuado darme otra habitación. El camino hasta el centro por una de las partes es un poco oscuro como mujer sola me dio un poco de inseguridad.

One room had significant issues with windows. One was fixed with tape, the other one was simply left open / defective. Obviously the problem was there since some time. Staff do not care, their way of interacting with clients have nothing to do with what you see in decent hotels. Bathrooms can be better cleaned.

Brak jednego skrzydła kabiny prysznicowej.
Niemożność otwarcia okna na szerokość (blokowane przez łóżko).
Pomimo informacji w google o otwarciu restauracji na miejscu - zamknięte. Jedzenie trzeba mieć ze sobą. Klimatyzacja na przeciwko łóżka. Brak żarówek we wszystkich lampach.

Ich hatte das Gefühl eine Besenkammer bekommen zu haben.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein, die Möbel extrem abgenutzt, die Wände dreckig und das Bad hat sehr stark gerochen.
Ich bin nicht wirklich anspruchsvoll, aber ich habe mich noch nie in einem Hotel im Badezimmer geekelt. Dieses mal war das erste Mal.

Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht nochmal nehmen, denke aber auf Grund der anderen Bewertungen, dass es bestimmt auch bessere Zimmer gibt.

The nearest supermarket is 15 min walk, and the taxi there are unfortunately not that easy to get.
The neds and pillows were really bad 👎 😕
