Pros:

I want to leave a positive review for this wonderful place and the people who work there.
Even though we checked in late at night, we were greeted and asked if we needed anything. The view from the room is stunning, overlooking the mighty Caucasus Mountains. It's quiet and cozy. Special thanks to the chef for going out of his way to prepare breakfast 30 minutes early. The owner was always responsive and helpful upon request. We loved everything and will definitely be back.

Pros:

La vue de la chambre est extraordinaire. La salle de bain est très grande avec vue imprenable sur le Caucase. Les petits déjeuners sont en général bien diversifiés avec une différence d'un jour à l'autre néanmoins. Le restaurant propose une très bonne cuisine. On nous a offert le vin et un plateau de fruits. Le personnel est très gentil à une exception près. L'emplacement est parfait

Cons:

La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée pendant trois jours. Nous avons dû demander nous mêmes du matériel de base comme du papier toilette ou des serviettes propres. Malheureusement une des personnes à l'accueil à ce moment n'etait pas agréable du tout. Mais c'etait une exception.

Le lit est très inconfortable. On sent les ressorts. Nous avons dû mettre de couette pour améliorer un peu le confort.

Si l'hôtel améliore ces points, l'endroit est vraiment à recommander !

Pros:

I had a really nice stay over the weekend. The rooms were clean, the staff was super friendly and customer-oriented, which I really appreciated. I messed up my booking, and even though it wasn't easy to fix, they stayed friendly and found a solution, thank you!
