Pros:

1. Ресторан отеля превзошёл все ожидания! Еда была просто восхитительной, каждое блюдо — было очень вкусным.
2. Номер оказался очень просторным и комфортным.
3. Вид из окна открывался потрясающий, хотя его немного портила решётка на окне :(
4. Порадовал доступ к питьевой воде в любое время.
5. Наличие бильярда и других развлечений в отеле — было, чем заняться вечером.

Cons:

1. Завтрак, к сожалению, оставил желать лучшего. Маленький выбор еды, омлет невкусный.
2. Обслуживание в ресторане оставляло желать лучшего — официанты одной из смен были невнимательны. То салфетки не принесут, но заказ не идут принимать.
3. На рецепшене не смогли предоставить полезную информацию об интересных местах и активностях в городе. Но девушки были очень доброжелательны!!
4. В ванной комнате и туалете чувствовался неприятный запах, напоминающий плесень.
5. Особенно разочаровала решётка на окнах — она сильно портила прекрасный вид из окна. На веранде, кстати, ограждение было стеклянным, что выглядело гораздо эстетичнее.
6. Было очень холодно в номере, кондиционер сначала работал на тепло, потом сломался.
7. Во 2 день вечером не было горячей воды, но это вроде была авария где-то в городе.

Pros:

It was a quiet and very comfortable stay. I had a birthday and the hotel gave us a room upgrade, which was a nice touch from them. Views from the room, heating and amenities, everything was there. It was our second stay and we will definitely go there again, especially in summer, when all the services (outdoor pool and bar) were operational. Very good value for money.

Great stay in Telave
Pros:

I think we were the only guests but we were perfectly treated, The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpfull.
The view is also perfect. Really recomend
