Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente, personale disponibile e gentile. La stanza era molto spaziosa e ben arredata, materasso comodissimo e bagno pulito. Zona centrale su una strada ricca di ristoranti, bar e c'è a pochi metri la Conad con prodotti italiani.

Cons:

Qualche dettaglio della camera potrebbe essere sistemato ma nel complesso la struttura si trova in una zona centralissima (vicino piazza Skanderberg). La colazione dolce potrebbe essere arricchita.

A very special hotel, with so much art to enjoy and friendly efficient help from all the staff.
Pros:

We enjoyed looking at the many paintings. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. Doran the manager was interesting to talk with. A very good buffet breakfast including hot food, fruit and 10 different sorts of jam!
We had a lovely spacious room. The square was a short walk. There was a cheerful restaurant Tymi on the way.

Cons:

There was some traffic noise. We would have liked a kettle in our room but receptionist did provide us with hot water. More tourist information may have been helpful but we were given a map.

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü. Odalar oldukça temizdi. Merkeze yakın denilebilecek kadar yakındı. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi.

Cons:

Kahvaltı saatleri çok kısıtlıydı. Bence biraz daha genişletilmeli çünkü bazı insanlar erken kalkıyor bazıları ise geç kalkıyor. Bence odalar birer ikram su konabilir. Fiyat konusunda ise pahalıydı daha uyguna daha merkezi hotel bulunabilir.

Personal war freundlich, Zimmer zufriedenstellend und überwiegend sauber.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Bad hat noch Luft nach oben. Verkalkte Duschamaturen und feuchte Stellen über der Dusche.

Location is good and the stay was cheap

Cons:

The bathroom smelled really bad, like water damage. The staff offered to clean really well, which of course did nothing. No replacement rooms available. There was a broken lamp and the bathroom window wouldn’t shut properly which made the room noisy since the hotel is right by a busy road

Die Lage und der Parkplatz waren super.
Die Dusche war gut und ein starker Wasserdruck.

Cons:

Am wenigstens hat uns der Bettbezug gefallen. Die Bettdecke war nicht bezogen sondern nur das Laken drüber gelegt, sodass man während dem Schlaf unweigerlich mit dem Innenteil in Berührung kommt. Dieses wird vermutlich nicht nach jedem Gast gewaschen.
Das wlan im Zimmer 201 war sehr schlecht, vor allem im Bett, was sehr nervig war.
Allgemein sollte etwas Geld in das Hotel gesteckt werden, einiges sieht heruntergekommen aus und ist 60€ pro Nacht in der Nebensaison eigentlich nicht wert.

Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen, Lage, Aussicht, Service, belebte Straße, 5 min vom Skanderberg Platz. Autobusse, Tourist Info, Restaurants, Cafés, Vodafone zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz starkem Vetkehr war unser Zimmer sehr ruhig. Heizung super. Die vielen guten Bilder an den Wänden. Sehr, sehr sauber.
Ich buche wieder, es war ein erholsamer und entspannter Aufenthalt in dieser kleinen Hotel Villa.

Cons:

Die albanischen Art des Bettenmachens ist für mich sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leintuch und darüber die blanke Steppdecke, das war für mich ungewöhnlich. War aber auch eine interessante Erfahrung.
