Pros:

The staff was amazing, I loved every bit of my stay at Primo. They made sure to always clean the room and replenish essentials. 10/10/10. I have no complaints. They were always soo helpful whenever we needed anything. From taxi bookings, to tourist attraction recommendations, they were all so amazing

Cons:

Although the food tasted amazing, it could barely fill a child. Regardless of the time you came down for breakfast, it was always gone, the trays were empty, and we had to keep requesting replenishment. Some guests who weren't bold enough to ask for replenishment ended up going back to their rooms without food. I think this can be worked on. Like, How do you make food that tastes sooo good and then there isn't enough of it to go round. Asides this I totally loved primo and I have a home in Tirana

Pros:

Hello. I had a very nice trip in Albania, but something very important for our trip was the hotel. Primo hotel is located near-by everything you need, clubs, city center, restaurants and the monuments in Tirana. I would like to thank personally the staff because they were very kind and available with us and they also helped me because i forgot a bag with souvenirs at the hotel and they are going to deliver it to me in Italy. I recommend this place if you are going to stay in Tirana because it's very clean, they offer you a nice international breakfast and the prices are also very low for the European standards. It's really worth it !!!

Wir würden ein anderes Hotel empfehlen!

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und trotz mehrfacher Reklamation wurde keine Lösung gefunden, so dass wir die 3 Nächte bei 25 Grad+ verbringen mussten. Fenster öffnen war nur bedingt eine Option, da es extrem laut draußen war. Auch nachts hat man selbst bei geschossenen Fenstern Straßenlärm gehört, hierzu gehörte das Hupen von Autos mehrfach pro Minute, was in Albanien beim Autofahren wohl so gehört. Wir hatten lt. Buchung ein Bad mit Bidet gebucht, dieses war aber leider nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstück war ganz ok, aber dass nur 1 Kaffe pro Person inklusive war, der dann im Pappbecher daherkam und man für jeden weiteren Kaffee hätte zahlen müssen, empfanden wir als no go. Parken war inklusive, aber auch Glücksache. Teilweise musste man sich in Minilücken quetschen. Da wir den Aufenthalt direkt bei Ankunft zahlen mussten, konnten wir leider den unserer Meinung nach völlig überteuerten Preis für die erbrachten bzw. nichterbrachten Leistungen korrigieren. Wir würden hier ganz sicher nicht wieder herkommen!
