Overall, I would certainly want to stay again! Amazing location, large rooms & very well-priced.
Pros:

The staff and rooms were fantastic! Comfy beds too. We received such a warm welcome from the owner/manager, who made us feel right at home. The location is the highlight. It is perfect for exploring Tirana, and it's also a great spot to have coffee and shisha. Really lovely atmosphere and hospitality throughout our stay!

Cons:

The breakfast was quite disappointing and probably the only (small) letdown of our stay. Definitely an area that could be improved.

Road traffic noise
Pros:

The room was very noisy from the traffic all night, sirens and horns going on throughout the night/ morning even with the window closed. However the staff were very helpful and the stay was no reflection on them

el personal de recepción son un amor, y si no entiendes el idioma se hacen entender.
Nos solucionaron los taxis y ect.

El trato en cafetería restaurante que tienen solo vale un camarero los demás no. de hecho nos dijeron que tendríamos gratis consumición mientras veíamos el mundial. y no fue así la siguiente consumición la tuvimos que pagar. había 2 pantallas en la terraza del hotel una IVA con retardo y se paraba y la otra estába bien cada 2x3 llamando la atención a un camarero para que se apartará porque no nos dejaba ver el mundial de fútbol. yo entiendo que fueran amigos de los camareros pero tienen que entender que ahí huéspedes y deberían de haber reservado primero mesa a los huéspedes. Es una pena porque valen mucho las chicas de recepción son un amor.

Pros:

Loved being right on the street with the Juliette balcony. Round the corner from the bus stop to the square.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great. No fresh fruit. Lots of rolls, bread, eggs, little hot dog things, sweet juice and yogurt tubs. Continental at best.

Wonderful, helpful staff and great value for money, but the hotel would benefit from some maintenanc
Pros:

The staff were absolutely wonderful, always friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. I have a disability, and they were very accommodating in arranging a room close to the lift, which made things much easier for me and was greatly appreciated. The cleaning staff also did an excellent job and deserve recognition for their hard work.
The beds were very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and both the air conditioning and lift worked well.
We paid €395.00 for five nights, which we felt was very good value for money. Above all, it was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff that really stood out. They are a real credit to the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel would benefit from some general maintenance and decorating, particularly in the rooms and corridors. Our room was looking rather tired, with a damaged panel beneath the sink, a broken toilet seat and a plug socket near the bed that was coming away from the wall. The room door also tended to jam when opening it. Although a kettle was provided, there were no cups, tea or coffee.
Breakfast could also be improved, as the eggs were cold despite being in a heated warmer, and the milk for the cereal was lukewarm. We had also requested a quiet room but unfortunately found it quite noisy at times.
Having said that, we appreciate that we paid a very reasonable price and certainly weren't expecting luxury. However, a little attention to these basic maintenance issues and a few improvements to breakfast would make a real difference.
These comments are intended as constructive feedback, as the staff themselves were excellent and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

The staff was amazing, I loved every bit of my stay at Primo. They made sure to always clean the room and replenish essentials. 10/10/10. I have no complaints. They were always soo helpful whenever we needed anything. From taxi bookings, to tourist attraction recommendations, they were all so amazing

Cons:

Although the food tasted amazing, it could barely fill a child. Regardless of the time you came down for breakfast, it was always gone, the trays were empty, and we had to keep requesting replenishment. Some guests who weren't bold enough to ask for replenishment ended up going back to their rooms without food. I think this can be worked on. Like, How do you make food that tastes sooo good and then there isn't enough of it to go round. Asides this I totally loved primo and I have a home in Tirana
