ועשו הכל להכניס אותנו לחדריםמ לפני הזמן והקדימו לשעה 12:00 ללא תוספת תשלום.
ארוחת בוקר טובה ואיכותית שקוללת מיץ תפוזים טרי והפוך וכד' איכותי ללא תוספת תשלום.
חניה נוחה וללא עלות נוספת, עזרה בכל בקשה ושאלה.

Cons:

מעשנים במלון במקומות שכבר לא נהוג היום לעשן כגון במרפסת של חדר האוכל שהיא סגורה כמעט לגמרי.
מעשנים בבריכה המחוממת - מתחם סגור.
הסאונה והחמם לא עובדים כל הזמן ברצף, הרבה פעמים צריך לבקש.
משאירים את המתחם של הג'קוי פתוח 24 שעות שזה מצויין, אבל לא מפקחים ואז יש לפעמים באלגן בלילה - לכלוך, עישון וכד'.
חסר חדר כושר, אפילו קטן
טיפה שינוי והדירוג עולה. עדיין, מאוד מומלץ, חוויה טובה!!

מלון נחמד אינטימי.

מלון יפה נקי קרוב מאוד לבית חב"ד רק חבל שהיה סגור...
הצוות אדיב מאוד.

איזור עישון הוא באיזור הספא זה מקלל למי שלא סובל סיגריות .
יש בניה מחוץ למלון כך שהרעש מתחיל לפני השעה 8 בבוקר.

we liked that there is a spa in the hotel. that staff helped through our staying (except when we first came to the hotel there were one desk girl that was not nice)

Would rate this hotel hardly 3 stars. They have to make up the breakfast urgently.
Pros:

The hotel is quite nice and new, with very friendly and attentive staff. Very comfortable bed.
I booked an anti-stress massage, which was done by a wonderful lady named Jane. I really enjoyed it — she was very professional, and the massage was very good.

Cons:

The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but we were traveling by car, so this was not a major issue for us.
However, the hotel is right in the middle of a construction site, so it was quite noisy in the morning. Breakfast started at 8:00 a.m., but when we came down at 8 because we needed to leave early, it was not yet fully ready.
Unfortunately, the breakfast itself was not up to the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel. Some of the products did not seem fresh: the pastrami was old and had a slimy texture, the cheese was dried out, and the scrambled eggs seemed to have simply been reheated from the previous day. The boiled eggs were cold, the bread was stale, and the coffee tasted like unfiltered water. It was quite surprising that the hotel presents itself as a four-star property.
As for the spa, the pool water was pleasantly warm, which we really enjoyed. However, on the first day, the water in the jacuzzi was noticeably dirty. The hammam was also not ready for use and was not heated. We asked the staff to turn it on, but even after 40 minutes it still had not reached a suitable temperature, so unfortunately we were unable to use it.

Pros:

Le personnel a été très agréable. L’hôtel est propre et très confortable avec de belles prestations.
La localisation est un peu loin du centre mais permet de ne pas être dans la circulation constante de Tirana. Proximité immédiate de TEG appréciable.

Cons:

L’espace extérieur dans les chambres font très fermés sans vue. Le jacuzzi serait à rénover car il perd des éléments.

L éloignement du centre, l hôtel se trouve juste en face de une immense construction donc des 07:30 le bruit des travaux, le restaurant on est arrivé pour dîner le 1 er soir les serveurs étaient assis ils nous ont fait signe de choisir une table le service était très long et impossible de payer en CB.
Notre chambre était située au dernier étage pas très loin du restaurant donc en plus du bruit des travaux nous avions le bruit de la vaisselle et des portes qui claque une bonne partie de la nuit.
Et l odeur dans notre chambre de cigarettes
