Pros:

On a tout aimé , les chambres , le personnel à l’accueil, le restaurant, et surtout le spa. Au spa on nous a même offert des prestations. On a pris un massage , c’était juste exceptionnel.

Todo extremadamente limpio, le pondria un 11 pero el Maximo es 10. La atencion de todo el hotel fue espectacular, desde la recepción hasta el restaurant. Amables en todo momento, hasta nos dieron para llevar el desayuno el ultimo dia siendo temprano y sin estar abierto el restaurant. Volveria a albania para volver a ir a este hotel, uno de los mejores hoteles que haya conocido en mis viajes por europa

Wonderful hotel and an excellent experience!
Pros:

The service was professional and friendly, and the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was large and very comfortable. Breakfast had a limited selection, but everything was very well prepared and of excellent quality. The spa center is fantastic and truly makes a difference to the overall stay — relaxing, modern, and perfectly organized. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Parking on site very convenient. The room was nice and comfortable and clean. But the staff are the best asset of this establishment

Cons:

I found it very strange that children were allowed in the spa facility. This I found to be very uncomfortable and unacceptable.
The room I stayed in was a little noisy, the door did really shut properly.

ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה החדרים גדולים נאים יפים נקיים למופת ונוחים , הצוות עם תודעת שרות מעולה , תמיד בחיוך ומאור פנים ועונים על כל בקשה במהירות ובאדיבות , ביקשנו עזיבה מאוחרת ואישרו לנו שהיה בחדר של עוד 6 שעות ללא תשלום , פקידת הקבלה בשם אפרודיטה היתה מקסימה ובמשך כל השהות התעניינה בשלומנו והמליצה על מקומות לבקר בהם , המלון ממומלץ מאוד ונמצא במרחק של דקות נסיעה בודדות ממרכז העיר ובמרחק הליכה של מספר דקות מבית חב"ד
