Fantastische ligging !
Pros:

De ligging. Prachtig uitzicht!
De eagles zie je voor je neus op en af vliegen! Majestueus

Cons:

Het huisje zelf heeft alle comfort maar voor 2 volwassenen en 2 grote kinderen net iets te klein. Je leeft in de zomer natuurlijk buiten dus op zich geen al te groot probleem!

Het prachtige uitzicht en op wandelafstand van het centrum.

Cons:

Het was er niet erg schoon, het was er stoffig en het rook erg muf. Bij boeking in november vorig jaar was ons toegezegd dat er die maand gordijnen in de woonkamer geplaatst zouden worden maar die hingen er bij aankomst (ruim een half jaar later) niet. Hierover diezelfde dag gemaild en geen reactie ontvangen. De kinderen waren dus erg vroeg in de ochtend wakker door het licht. Jammer dat er een belofte niet is nagekomen, als we dit van te voren hadden geweten hadden we dit niet geboekt.

The property location was great!

Cons:

There was mold on the shower curtain and the hidden door in the bedroom. It also smelt moldy in the living room even with the scent diffuser running in the room.
The pullout couch was not comfortable.

Lovely stay in unusual room.
Pros:

The location was stunning. Quiet, great views and a short walk into town. Room was spotless and quirky.

Cons:

No spoons for hot drinks or milk. Coffee was there but would have been great to have had a small container of milk in the fridge and a teaspoon.

Tolle Lage, etwas beengt innen.
Pros:

Hier hatten wir eine Hütte gebucht in einem Nur-Dach-Hause direkt am Wasser gelegen. Für 140 Euro bekamen wir ein kleines DZ, Kitchenette, Badezimmer mit freistehender Badewanne vorm Fenster und Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und Meerblick.
Draußen gab es eine Fasssauna mit WC, Dusche und ein kleines Tauchbecken.

Es war Natur pur, so leise, so ruhig. Abends und morgens riefen die Weißkopfseeadler und saßen bei uns in der Tanne.

Cons:

Das Daxh war schon sehr abgeschrägt und somit fehlte die Stehhöhe und Bewegungsfreiheit.

Si vous êtes au rez de chaussée (studio 2 personnes) et que vous avez une famille sans gêne au dessus, vous aurez du bruit au plafond....

Misleading descriptions of suite
Pros:

The company said it will text the security code for the door key but it didn't. I had to make an expensive phone call to get the code. It is a crazy system to refuse to give the code until the last minute for foreigh guests. We always try to book accommodation with a bath tub and Cabin Suite No 1 is advertised with a full tub. The suite only has a small shower. The company refunded our second night's stay when we moved out. They said they would offer a discount for the first night but have failed to do so.

(Worth putting up with the downsides of the property because of the views )

Maintenance issues, decking rotting, sockets in bedroom don’t work ( and haven’t for months looking at reviews), dirty pan
Smelly dog bed (we didn’t bring or book in a pet, although we knew pets allowed)

No blinds in living room

Loved the look of it from the outside and the free parking

Cons:

The blinds in the living room didn't shut, which is a problem when someone is sleeping on the fold away couch bed. They only provided 2 bath towels initially for 3 of us. They did provide the additional towels after being asked.

Amazing views, house and location
Pros:

Best place we have ever stayed. We stayed in the House with a family of 4, and everything was incredible. The views, eagles overhead, hot tub & outdoor shower and sunsets were favorites. The house is so comfortable and has everything you need. Walkable to town and restaurants. We also loved the scents and toiletries and purchase some to take home. We love it here!
