Clean and neat - Value for money and more.
Pros:

My first preference was vicinity to temple and this property is just aside. Room is exceptionally clean with neat toilet and clean towels. I found everything fine here. Value for money and I strongly recommend.

Not good for aged people.
Cons:

No lift aged people walking up II Floor was a disaster. No good room service. No support from staff at the time of checkin and checkout to carry bags. No front desk 24 hours when we wanted to visit temple at 3.30 am which is a very common phenomenal in temple towns like Vaikom in Kerala. We have to open the hotel main gate to move out.
