Pros:

The mountain views, the over all decoration, the food, the staff, the pool, comfortable bed. Is definitely the right place to unwind and recharge!

Cons:

The bathroom floor needed a little care. There was no hair drier.

Peaceful and quiet recharge.
Pros:

No television, no air conditioning, no noise , almost in the middle of the jungle, great weather, the swimming pool and great cooking.

Cons:

Add pre arrange menus with different alternatives to choose from. Vegan , meat and more include every part of a great meal in rounded price. For sure it will be a great addition.

Great and amazing place
Pros:

The facilities and surrounding forest is so amazing and beautiful. No need for TV, cel phone because this place is so magical. The breakfast picnic basket is such a beautiful touch to begin your day and the food at the restaurant is fantastic. It had been 20 years since I last visited this place and the new administration has done a great job of renovating since Huracan Maria. We will certainly revisit. Such an amazing place to disconnect.

The setting and the set up of rooms as mini cabanas. Sleeping on the hammock outside on the veranda. I preferred this than the inside bed which was super comfy. The coquis concert was sublime.

Cons:

The poor directions given by staff when phoned. On the road, there was a missing sign as to which direction to continue. It would be helpful if staff members are familiar with the kilometer number closest to the property than responding I have no idea where you are at. With the kilometer number one can figure out if you are getting closer or further away from the property.

The directions given to guests to follow miss to provide this detail.
