Limpieza y personal muy amable
Pros:

El personal muy amable. Íbamos con un bebé de tres meses y la camarera de piso que no se como se llamaba, me buscó una bañera adaptada para el. Eso en pocos hoteles que nos alojamos lo hacen. Muy agradecida en todo momento. Cada vez que vuelva a Utrera me alojaré allí.

Ottima posizione, hotel pulito e molto bello.
Pros:

L'hotel è innanzitutto molto bello, con un patio interno chiuso in stile andaluso su cui si affacciano le porte delle stanze. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché in auto la distanza da Siviglia è di soli 30 minuti, la stessa muovendosi con i mezzi da un hotel periferico di Siviglia al centro, ma a metà prezzo e senza problemi di parcheggio. Siamo super soddisfatti. L'hotel è in una bella posizione rispetto al centro di Utrera (bellissima città, merita una visita) e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni (30 minuti per Siviglia). Stanze belle e silenziose, con aria condizionata e ottimi prodotti da bagno, comprese salviettine struccanti introvabili altrove. Staff gentile e disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile. Letti comodissimi. Parcheggio gratuito proprio davanti all'hotel. Buona la colazione, soprattutto la frutta fresca e le tortillas di uova e patate. Dispenser di acqua fredda gratuita 24h. Una menzione speciale alla bellissima terrazzona sul tetto.

Cons:

Lo spazio per la colazione è un po' piccolo, ma comunque abbiamo sempre trovato posto.

Hôtel, chambre très très propre avec un confort exceptionnel ( produits SDB de qualité, fleurs fraîches en décoration...) très calme.
