Hunde "zur Hälfte" willkommen

Wunderbar, dass Hunde willkommen sind.

Cons:

Meine Kritik bezieht sich auf die Tatsache, dass Hunde willkommen sind, sich aber nicht im Frühstücksraum aufhalten dürfen. Das ist erst einmal ok. Wenn aber nicht darauf hingewiesen wird, dass der Aufenhalt für den Hund im Frühstücksraum verboten ist und man es erst im letzten Moment erfährt, dann ist das schlechte Kommunikation. Das kann durchaus ein größeres Problem für den Hundebesitzer werden. Unabhänig davon muss man für den Hund bezahlen, was auch ok ist, bei der Buchung aber nicht erwähnt wird.

Insgesamt aber eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
Cons:

Teppichboden im Zimmer, hygienischer wäre Laminat. Sämtliche Hotelparkplätze waren belegt, mussten an der Strasse parken.

Cons:

Wir haben lange vorab via booking.com ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht bzw ein Doppelzimmer mit Beistellbett für unseren Sohn. Dann bekamen wir am Tag der Anreise mittags einen Anruf wo wir gefragt wurden ob das Beistellbett nun benötigt wird und wenn ja dass dieses pro Tag mit 30€ zusätzlich berechnet werden müsste! Natürlich brauchten wir das Beistellbett und wiesen höflich auf die Buchung und bereits getätigte Bezahlung für ein Dreibettzimmer hin. Nach etwas Hin und Her wurde dies vom Hotel dann so akzeptiert.
Trotzdem ist das kein guter Kundenservice.
