Everything was great.
Pros:

Everything was wonderful! The staff were polite and attentive. The hotel itself is new and beautiful. The outdoor pool is maintained at a temperature of 22°C, which is very convenient when the weather is a bit cool. The grounds and views are stunning. The food was delicious.

The pool is very nice but unfortunately the water is cold in the cold season.Very beautiful forest area.

Relaxed luxury in the alps
Pros:

Incredible faculties (especially the pools and sauna) that look better than the pictures online; very good breakfast with local honey, yogurt and marmalade; kind staff especially the room cleaners - always a fun surprise left behind; tons of activities and the hotel has lots of sporting equipment

Cons:

Biggest issue: property is a 10 minute drive in the mountains above Lana so at night or in the rain not so pleasant. Secondly, most of the hotel guests are 50 year old+ Germans / Austrian couples. We didn’t mind, but if you’re looking for a place that caters more to families or younger couples something to be aware of. Side note, they should have a bike pump for the tires!
