Book on the mountain side, not the road side
Pros:

Friendly staff and lots of comfortable parking place

Cons:

Our room was on the side of the main road - the noise was unbearable, it's a road where cars go fast so is very noisy - and if you dare open the windows the smell of the traffic will come into the room

I do believe that maybe the rooms that overlook the other side, the mountain side might be more silent and with a better view...and smell - so if you can book them

Also even in the double room, the bed were singles and constantly coming apart, it's very annoying even because is easy and cheap to strap them together

Für Bulgarien fast nicht mal schlecht...
Pros:

1 Nacht übernachtet, genügte auch.
Klimaanlage war sehr nötig und lief gut.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war leider direkt an der Kopfende-Wand des Bettes montiert. Vorsicht beim Laufen lassen in der Nacht.
Das Personal hat keine, absolut keine Ahnung, wie man mit Gästen umgeht.
Kein Lächeln, kein Guten Morgen... nichts.
Grimmige Gesichter oder man versuchte Augenkontakt gar zu vermeiden. Sehr unschön.
Unprofessionell...

Das Frühstück war unterirdisch schlecht. Saft war ein billiges Sirupgemisch, die Milch oder auch die Kanne war schmutzig.
Es gab außerdem nur wenig Milch und die war warm. Weiß nicht, wer damit Cornflakes essen wollen würde...
Tee war zubereitet ohne Beschriftung. Trink oder stirb... Oder beides?

Der Kühlschrank steht frei im Raum, ist also nicht eingebaut.. okay. Leider nutzt aber keine Reinigungskraft diese Kühlschrankbeweglichkeit für sich aus. Kurz um, hinter dem Kühlschrank lag so ziemlich alles, was ein Gast dort halt "verlieren" kann.

Der Tisch im Zimmer wackelte, weil er alt ist und die Schrauben kaum noch Halt mehr geben.
Was keiner merkt... stört auch keinen, oder so.

Die Dusche ist direkt neben dem WC. Alles wird beim Duschen nass. Wohnwagen-Feeling... Nein, No-Go ..

We enjoyed more the restaurant which is located in the same building.

Cons:

- No shower cabin in the bathroom
- Bad smell in the room (assuming that the sheets and towels are not changed)
- Poor breakfast
- Very bed coffee
- Very noisy due to the traffic on the main street
