Pros:

It was in a fantastic location right on the harbour and central to everywhere we wanted to go. Lovely clean and comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff.
Parking was easy to find, it is a tight squeeze if it's a larger car but was so great to have a parking space guaranteed.

Cons:

Nothing, it was exactly what we wanted.

Pros:

If you want to be right in the centre with quick access to shops bars and restaurants not many better. how ever you are over the top of the pub (which is very popular) so noise can be a problem if you go to bed early. How ever we found it okay.

Pros:

Location was brilliant and views across marina were beautiful.
Room was clean

Cons:

Despite being advised about the noise, it was quite noisy, and not just the karaoke. That was finished by midnight, it was the flat above the rooms walking about till early hours and creaking floor boards that disturbed us most. Overall though a great place .

Cons:

Rooms were VERY small for the price we paid, it has a small car park at the rear but be aware we heard of 3 people who damaged their cars on metal bracket on entering the car park. We used public car park at the rear.

Superb stay, wish I'd used ear plugs provided though!
Pros:

The view from the window was amazing. We could see the abbey, the swing bridge and boats coming and going.

Cons:

On our last day the bin wagon came to empty the bins at 5.15. What a racket. Then a delivery of barrels rolling along the pavement was deafening.

We had a lovely stay the beds were comfy all the things you would expect and a coffee maker but we had no instructions h
Pros:

The side door location so we didn’t have to go through the pub. The location on the harbour was amazing .

Cons:

Only the noise of the barrels being put out and the delivery but it is a working pub and it wouldn’t put me off

Great location and nice friendly pub.
Pros:

Right on the harbour so fantastic location. Accommodation was basic but very clean and comfortable. Would recommend for a stay in Whitby as it is a brilliant position in the town.

Cons:

Quite noisy from the pub downstairs so would not recommend if you are after peace and quiet but if you like karaoke and a bit of liveliness it is very good.

Tea tray and coffee machine....earplugs provided for house from Bar downstairs.
Lovely harbouring location.

Cons:

Room was comfortable for one but small if you were a couple. Good to have free car parking but it involved walking down the road and up a steep set of stairs. I was warned about live entertainment in bar downstairs ..but it was quite noisy. No food available
