The room was warm even with the heating off but this wasn't a big issue
In the centre of Whitby
Not safe for females. Entrance to the rooms is down a dark alley way with drunk men drinking stood at the end
It was clean and tidy, comfortable and lovely and warm.
The pub itself was great fun with lots of karaoke on this particular evening (St.Patrick’s day). The staff were great and very accommodating.
The location is perfectly situated to explore Whitby.

I am not quite sure where to start we walked in bingo was in process the barmaid was shouting over the bingo caller instead of taking us to one side when booking it did say they do entertainment and can get noisy in the evening. This is an understatement we did not sleep at all the room was pleasant only three rooms altogether but the amount of noise coming from the bar and doors slamming in the night was disrespectful and a the fact they supply ear plugs…I am going through some ill health and just wanted a break before my op next week we didn’t go into the bar it was scruffy and we could not get out there fast enough in fact if we boy had not had a drink earlier we would have left and gone home in the middle of the night

The room was really nice , a great location. The girl that checked us in was really friendly & asked how everything was the next day which was nice.
We were warned that there was karaoke on the 2nd night but we did not think that it would be so loud. It finished at 12 but the noise carried on until about 1am. We didn’t not sleep very well the 2nd night.

Car park very tight to get into with any car bigger than a mini.
Location was perfect
We stayed here on a Saturday night . We were warned about the karaoke but it was extremely loud in our room . We would not stay here again due to this also Finding the car park was a challenge!! Noise from next door room was interesting to say the least !!!
