It is simply too high a price to pay for a good location with very poor service.
Pros:

The only thing I really liked about the hotel was its location. In the past, Akra used to be much better, but this time it was not good at all. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

Cons:

The service was genuinely not good, especially during check-in and check-out, which were very slow. The front desk staff were not friendly at all, and overall the employees did not come across as warm or welcoming, except for a few of them.

In terms of value for money, Akra was truly disappointing this time. I am honestly not sure whether I would choose to stay here again.

Fabulous resort by the sea
Pros:

Stunning views from an ideal seaside location. A stylish yet relaxed atmosphere.

The beach area where we spent most of our time. Direct access to the sea (without wading through hot sand), safe swimming with lifeguards on duty, clear waters for snorkeling.

Indoor pool leading to an outdoor pool was big and lovely to swim in. There's also a designated adults only pool (infinity pool).

There are cats roaming the hotel grounds. We loved hanging out with them by the beach area 😊

The breakfast was excellent and open until midday. Wide range of high quality fresh and cooked foods, cold meata, cheese etc. Attentive wait staff. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Everything. The gotel is not cheap, but worth the money. Clean, upkept hotel, great gym and social life facilities.

Was very poor treatment when my daughter was food poisoning, was overcharged by rude morning staff member as well!

It was very nice and a lovely pool with stunning views of mountains and sea!

Cons:

We were overcharged our last night, had stayed week prior and one of my daughters and I were food poisoned by their high end buffet, there was an Asian girl vomiting in the foyer outside the restaurant as well. We missed our flights and holiday to Konya and Cappadocia the next day all arranged and paid for through the hotel. They treated us suspiciously and wanted to drag us to hospital to get samples to prove we had been food poisoned. My daughter couldn’t move and I couldn’t leave my other daughter. I’ve emailed them with no response. The staff were very friendly, but this experience as a CNN reporter was shocking and we’ve had ZERO apologies or compensation! A lovely place as long as you don’t have any problems!!

Прекрасный отдых у моря
Pros:

Замечательный выбор для пляжного отдыха. Мы ехали в Анталью для спокойного отдыха с возможностью небольших вылазок в город.
В отеле было так здорово, что вылазки были весьма редкие!
Очень вкусный и богатый разнообразием завтрак.
Просторный номер с отличным видом на море.
Целых три бассейна и много мест на выбор для отдыха под солнцем (здесь возможно сыграло на руку то, что мы были здесь в начале мая).

Cons:

Мы купили с номером только завтраки и были довольны, что не взяли обеды и ужины, потому что расписание крайне странное - завтраки с 6 утра до 12 дня, обед с 12.30 до 14.30, а ужин только с 19 до 21.
Если не завтракать прям очень рано, то проголодаться до обеда не успеешь.

Матрас на кровати был слишком мягкий. В последние дни спина болела от мягкого матраса.

Было бы неплохо один из бассейнов выделить чисто для некурящих, потому что пару раз приходилось менять место у бассейна из-за того, что кто-то рядом начинал курить.

Superb property, spectacular views and professionally trained and well groomed staff.
Pros:

excellent breakfast. wide variety and good quality ingredients. the staff is very professional and provided us with excellent service through out. the chef frying the omelette was knowledgeable about Pakistani omelette and they were super in their job.

Cons:

too many cats as my family do not like the pets lurking around the table. although the cats were in the outdoor section. I suspect it is important to have cats around in such a property to keep the mice away.
