Pros:

The views are outstanding and definitely the highlight of the hotel. The rooms are clean, modern and well maintained, and overall the hotel feels comfortable and well presented. The facilities are good, and the ability to swim from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool is a really nice touch. We also really appreciated the birthday cake left in our room, which was a thoughtful gesture and a lovely surprise.

Cons:

The hotel doesn’t feel like a true 5-star experience and lacks atmosphere, especially in the bars and rooftop areas which often felt cold and empty. The spa layout is poorly designed, with the spa separate from the indoor pool so you have to walk through public gym areas in a dressing gown, and there is no proper jacuzzi or hot tub. The bathroom had no window or extractor fan, which is not ideal. The room layout could be better, with the TV positioned on the side wall and the superior sea view room feeling smaller than expected.

Breakfast was also frustrating — we constantly had to ask and chase staff for coffees and juices to be brought to the table. On one occasion I asked three times for an orange juice and it never came. It would be much simpler to have coffee machines and self-service juice available, which is what most hotels do now. In some ways, the hotel feels behind the times.

The rock beach area was particularly disappointing. There were building works taking place right next to active sun loungers with no proper partitions, the bar was not open during the day, and there were workers standing around smoking. The whole area felt neglected and not in keeping with a 5-star environment.

The Social Club is the only real bar area and has potential, but when we visited it was cold and empty — with heaters it would have been much better. This may work better in the summer months.

The rooftop bar at Asmani was also an issue. Although most of it is open air there is a part that is enclosed with glass and it's the only warm area and smoking is allowed, which made the space feel uncomfortable and unpleasant. I also felt sorry for the staff having to work in that environment with constant passive smoke. Given that it is not a fully open-air space, it felt inappropriate and possibly not in line with expected standards, and it really detracted from the overall experience.

Alles War zu unserer Zufriedenheit werden dieses Hotel ab jetzt bevorzugen.
Pros:

Unglaublich Sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist die komfortabelste in Antalya. Das Essen sehr sauber und abwechslungsreich. Strand und Poolanlage top ruhig und sehr guter Service. Absolut erholsam.

A lovely hotel on a cliff overlooking the sea, with great facilities.
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel with excellent facilities and I keep going there almost every year for a short break out of season. Breakfast is amazing, and since there are many pools in and around the hotel, one can always find a quiet spot.

Cons:

The prices of the spa services are a bit too high.

Very Beautiful, breakfast and view was the best.
Pros:

Very Beautiful, the view and very Calm Hotel. The breakfast was very delicious, Not Chess products Like other Hotels. They had Quality food.

Cons:

We wanted Late Checkout and we has to pay 20€ per Hour, i think this is very high. I think a Hotel should leave a guest 1-2 hours late checkout if they have the ability and no other guest is coming in the room, that is how it is in Dubai.

Also the Cleaning (room Service) was ok, but they did not clean properly Daily.
