Pros:

Всё было отлично! Вид на море, персонал, питание, номер🌴 Единственное, нет выхода к пляжу. А хотелось спуститься у морю. Всё было перекрыто.

Очень вежливый персонал , очень вкусная еда , во всех ресторанах и кафе ! Особенно понравился завтрак и ужин в режиме шведский стол !! Все очень свежее , вкусное . Мы для себя открыли много новых блюд в турецкой кухне ! Всем поварам ресторана Panora особое спасибо !!!

Не жалейте денег за номера с видом на море. Это восхитительно. Роскошные завтраки, роскошный вид спортивный зал, вежливый персонал. Все идеально!

Cons:

— зачем закрыли лифт на пляж в зимний период. Люди приезжают на море, и хотелось бы иметь возможность хотя бы спуститься к воде. Приходилось обходить все на соседний бесплатный пляж.
— Спортивный зал. Грязные коврики. Неприветливый, незаинтересованный персонал. Ничего не расскажут, не следят за водой, не помогают в зале. Считаю что в отеле 5 звезд обслуживание могло бы быть лучше.

Four hundred dollars stolen from room
Pros:

My family and I had an extremely upsetting experience at Akra Antalya. We have been repeat customers for many years. My family (my husband and I and my parents and I) must have stayed at the hotel at least 5 times, and my husband and I were members at the fitness club for 3 years as well as frequented the hotel's cafes/lounges and restaurants. We will never return. We had $400 stolen from our room (from an unlocked but closed safe - my dad's unfortunate omission - located in a closed closet). The thief had had to open the closet and pull on the safe door to check if it was unlocked, which signals criminal intent and quite likely a habit. I immediately notified the Guest Experience Desk employees. It was determined that only 2 employees had been in our room during the time the safe had remained unlocked: a housekeeper and the person who had restocked the mini-bar. The latter only spent 20 seconds in the room. The former: over 30 minutes... The Guest Experience employee was sympathetic on a personal level. However, the hotel never offered an official apology, never took any responsibility for the theft, never investigated the incident or punished the dishonest employee (she continued working on our floor and we had to look her in the eye daily), and never offered us any compensation (even a one- or two-night complimentary stay in the future was not an option). In my opinion, this is beyond unprofessional, atypical of the hotel of this stature, especially given our history with it, and demonstrates that this hotel and its management (more specifically, General Manager Mr. Polak) do *not* value their guests/customers. They view them as exchangeable and replaceable, putting zero value on repeat customers and repeat business. Instead, the hotel referred us to the local police, where I spent 8.5 hours and my parents over 2 hours on two separate days giving statements and getting fingerprinted (having done nothing wrong). This, instead of enjoying each other's company and the hotel's facilities, which we'd paid for.
Please beware: the thieving employee is still employed by Akra Antalya. Lock up your valuables in the safe (even though I know from several friends in the hospitality industry that even a locked safe is not a deterrent). Akra Antalya is willing to cover up for its criminal employee and won't take any responsibility for theft. They do not value you. Better yet, take your business elsewhere! We will.
