Quiet and charming. Close to walking downtown Augusta.
Water did get cold in the shower, but warmed back up after a short wait.
Very clean
Is very clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location, very comfortable and peaceful.
Stairs were rough on the knees and a small refrigerator for water would be nice.

Very small rooms! We could hardly turn around in the bathroom. The plug in the tub was falling apart hard to hold the water for the bath. Definitely a historic experience if that’s what you’re looking for. Very kind owner. Easy check In!

The staff was very friendly, and communication was great. The location is undergoing renovations, but that in no way affected our stay. Our king-sized adjustable bed was so very comfortable. The room was lovely and pristine. Snacks were available just by the lobby (chips, cookies, fruit), which was great. The Augusta General Store is just a block away, and we were able to enjoy a great breakfast and a walk by the river.
The room was overpriced; however, we were aware of the price when we booked it. We did have to go out for breakfast, since minimal items were available at the property.
breakfast was ok, but as I said previously, we had stayed at your facility in the past and LOVED it. We were honestly disapointed in the breakfast (that it was only continental) as well as the location...it felt like we were given a left-over space...not as warm as I would have liked
No construction or at least an awareness that this was going on...we would not have stayed if we had known the current situation of the facility.
