Entraba agua por debajo de la puerta, la facturación todo un relajo con la persona responsable

Falta de limpieza
Pros:

La verdad escogimos el hotel por la cercanía al centro y por que tenia espacio.

Cons:

Punto 1: Cuando llegue al check in una de las habitaciones que tenia asignada la dieron a otra persona por que llegue 1 hora tarde, dicho comentario me lo hizo la recepcionista.
Punto 2: La habitacion 17 que nos asignaron, por lo que notamos la fumigaron horas antes ya que al llegar habia cucarachas muertas en el piso y el dia siguiente también aparecieron más
Punto 3: La llave del lavamanos estaba demasiado floja y la base del lavabo no estaba reparado completamente, eran las 9am y en la regadera no habia agua caliente
Punto 4:La habitación esta hubicada aun lado del restaurante por lo que se tiene contaminación auditiva por la música en la noche y la mañana.

Would recommend staying here. If I have the chance, I would book again.
Pros:

Very easy to check in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and cool. The hotel location is at a walkable distance by the center of Atlixco. The area seemed safe to walk late at night as well. Went out sight seeing and came back around 12:00 am, and the streets felt safe.

EXCELENTE PASEO POR ATLIXCO

ME PARECIO EN EXCELENTE UBICACION EL HOTEL, PARA LAS ACTIVIDADES QUE REALIZAMOS
