No cambian las sabanas durante la estancia. La limpieza es superficial. Muchos detalles de mantto

El hotel tiene bonitas vistas

Cons:

El servicio y la limpieza, el mantenimiento es malo se metia el agua por el techo y las regaderas con sarro el agua salia para todos lados. Y hay que estar buscando al personal por todos lados no hay una persona fija en recepción. Se hicieron solicitudes y no fueron atendidas. No tienen planchas.

Hermosa propiedad con severa escasez de personal
Pros:

La propiedad es bonita y está justo en la orilla de la laguna de Bacalar

Cons:

Me apena escribir esta crítica porque se trata de un emprendimiento familiar y vale la pena apoyarlos, por lo tanto, espero que puedan solventar estos inconvenientes.

Para llegar hay que recorrer una terracería de 3 Km y tienen una severa escasez de personal.

Durante nuestra estancia se rompió una tubería y nos quedamos sin agua, nos era urgente arreglarnos porque teníamos un Evento, no había nadie en recepción que nos atendiera, llamamos por teléfono y nos mandó a buzón, enviamos mensajes de WhatsApp y se tardaron mucho tiempo en responder.

Cons:

À première vue ce grand appartement semble accueillant, mais :
- Pas d’eau chaude !
- Une cuisine mais pas d’équipement (ni couverts, ni casseroles, ni plats…) donc ne prévoyez pas de faire à manger sur place. Ni de compter sur le bar ou le restaurant, car il y a rarement du personnel et les horaires ne conviennent pas.
- le petit déjeuner « inclus » est très limité et surtout n’ouvre qu’à 9h, donc pas compatible avec une journée de visite.
- pas de clés du séjour donc notre porte est restée ouverte 3j sans réaction de la part du gérant.
- la piscine est mal entretenue et très dangereuse pour les enfants.
- parking non adapté

Lovely stay, I’ll comeback for my next trip to Bacalar
Pros:

I loved that the property is in front of the lake and has a really nice pier where you can sit and admire the landscape

Cons:

Some facilities, such as the shower and toilet in one of the rooms weren’t functioning properly at the beginning but the manager made sure everything was fixed

Pésimo servicio y peor aun booking q no me ofreció alguna opcion! Nefasta la gente del hotel q segun cancelaron x remodelacion de las habitaciones!! Sin dar alguna otra opcion! Cuando mi reserva la hice y pague con anticipación!!! NEFASTA RESPUESTA DEL HOTEL Y MAS AUN DE BOOKING Q CREEN Q CON UN MENSAJE HORAS ANTES DEL VIAJE SE RESOLVIA EL PROBLEMA!!! Y para rematar el hotel donde me pude hospedar no quiso darme factura !!! Servicio de Mierda!!! 😡😡😡😡😡
