Gute Lage, sauber, freundlich:)
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, es gab Kaffee und Wasser gratis:) Die Lage, nahe zur Lagune ist sehr gut und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Es gibt leider kein Frühstück mehr:(

Superbe hôtel
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, à deux pas de la lagune et de la place centrale.
Nous avons eu une chambre en rez-de-chaussée, avec terrasse et petit salon.
Étendoir à disposition, très pratique.
Le personnel chaleureux et professionnel.
Les lits confortables, le ménage soigné.

Cons:

Le manque de pression et d'eau chaude à la douche, comme souvent au Mexique...

Wir würden wiederkommen
Pros:

Wir hatten eine wirklich sehr entspannte Zeit. Besonders hat uns die Freundlichkeit des Personals gefallen.

Unsere Tür ließ sich von innen nicht richtig verschließen, als wir das am nächsten Tag meldeten, wurde sofort mit der Arbeit am Schloss begonnen und als wir vom Schwimmen wiederkamen, war alles repariert.

Jeden Tag wurden die Handtücher gewechselt und das Bett frisch bezogen. Auch gab es eine Frischwasseranalge. Man musste also nicht selbst Wasser kaufen.

Wir würden beim nächsten Mal wieder hier buchen. Auch hatten wir einen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Alles Top

Es war nicht weit bis zur Innenstadt mit den meisten Restaurants und der Lagune. Es gab kostenloses Trinkwasser.

Cons:

Ich kann die guten Bewertungen leider nicht nachvollziehen. Das Personal ist sehr unmotiviert und schlecht gelaunt. Das Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen, riecht extrem muffig, hatte kein Fenster, kein warmes Wasser und ist recht hellhörig. Das Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht ab.

Très bon emplacement pour séjour à Bacalar
Pros:

Personnel très sympa, de bons conseils pour les visites.
Chambre très confortable avec balcon, assez proche de la lagune. Proche de la place centrale à 5 min à pieds. Extérieur bien aménagé, fleuri et entretenu.

Good location, asked for extra pillow and coffee cups and the lady at reception for them straight away. Filter water available.

Great location, bright and airy hotel.
Pros:

Located near downtown and not too far from lagoon. Bright and cheery place. Only problem is it often gets booked up. The staff were helpful and friendly. The upstairs rooms have a nice balcony facing the lagoon. The downstairs rooms have a patio also on the lagoon side.

Cons:

The booking said it included breakfast but they no longer do that. The bathroom of the upstairs bathroom gets very slippery and has a step down to the bedroom where both of us slipped and fell. You need to put towels on the slick floor when wet after taking a shower to keep from slipping.

Közel a központhoz, de mégis csendes környék. Tágas terasz. Kényelmes ágy. Segítőkész tulaj, ö beszél angolul is.

Cons:

A közös konyhában csak egy mikró van, se tányér, se evőeszköz, de kérésre adtak.
