Good for couples, families, downstairs rooms access front garden.
Pros:

Clean, spacious

Cons:

Musky smell bathroom, but could be due to rain and humidity? Downstairs noise travels to first floor, and told neighbors to tone down television, which is more the guests disrespect and not that of hotel.

Pros:

The hotel overall is quite nice. The room was very big and had a balcony with a view. The location is convenient. They serve a good paid breakfast in the morning, and it is quite cheap.

Cons:

We got barely any hot water. The staff recommended to wait 10-15 minutes with the water running, but it didn't work. We had coldish showers.
The windows are not soundproof, as they are made of wood rather than glass, but the night was quiet. You hear all the noises in the morning though.

Posizione comoda al centro e alle escursioni sulla laguna

Cons:

Non ho dormito per due notti causa rumori provenienti dall'esterno. C'era il carnevale in piazza e data la vicinanza ci può stare. Ma investirei su serramenti e soprattutto sulla doccia. Soffione rotto e poca acqua.

Esta muy bonito y limpio, ubicacion perfecta 10/10.
Personal super atentos.

Cons:

solo en calidad de mejora...ponganle aceite a las puertas para q no rechinen cada vez que las abres, pero todo bien.

Pros:

Tout, l'emplacement à Bacalar, proche du centre du village, de l'accès à la lagune. C'était très propre et très confortable. Le personnel est très agréable. Il dispose également d'un parking juste devant l'hôtel.

Pros:

O Hotel tem ótima localização, porque está a 2 quarteirões da praça principal, onde ficam bons restaurantes, a feira de artesanato e o Forte San Felipe.

Cons:

As acomodações são simples, mas limpas. Tivemos um problema com vazamento na pia do banheiro quando chegamos, que foi resolvido depois de uma 2 horas. Fora isso, estranhamos ser oferecida apenas uma toalha de rosto para um casal.

Pros:

Really comfortable bed and pillows. Spotlessly clean. Huge balcony which we loved! Great location quiet but five minutes from the main square and cafes and restaurants. Five minutes walk from the lagoon.
