WORST PLACE IN 40 YEARS IVE EVER STAYED AT
Pros:

There is NOTHING to recommend about this Dump , How its on Booking.com is beyond me

Cons:

EVERYTHING, No water, NO Bottled water, No facilities to make a cup of coffee, No Kettle NO Cups, frequent power outages, Bed too small, Bedhead Lose, Ants in the bathroom, Noisy AC unit which looks 10 years old , and Sealed in the wall with Packing tape, Holes in the Main door an bathroom door plugged with tissue paper, Termites eating the bedside drawers, Not enough power points in the room!! DO NOT TAKE Cards ONLY CASH despite stating otherwise, I had to get up at 12.30am on the 5th June to get a Lazy employee to throw out people who weren't even guests making a hell of a racket for 3 hours before i decided to find out what was going on, Place seems to be run by children on their Mobile Social media than knowing how to run a Hotel !!! There was a Hot/Cold water dispenser t the Entrance : OUT OF ORDER;

I don't recommend this to anyone staying in Bacolod. There are lots of better hotels you can find.
Pros:

Location is good and accessible to public transportation

Cons:

Upon arriving at the hotel in the evening after a flight, I was told that the amount I paid in booking.com is not the correct rate for that period. It's either I pay double the amount or I need to transfer to another hotel. I refused to pay additional or transfer to another hotel since it was raining and it was already evening. I told them that they should have contacted me ahead of time to let me know of the changes but they keep on giving me unacceptable excuses. In the end, they gave me a room to stay just for 1 night.
Cleanliness is bad. Water is dirty. I didn't bother to take a shower since I might get rashes. The room does not match the rate I paid since it looks old and not clean. Other hotels that I stayed in Bacolod is much cheaper, bigger and cleaner.

Pros:

I like how accommodating and hospitable were the staff at the receiving area. Then provide what we request from them. The staff always wear pretty smiles.

Cons:

Other things isn't working like the Bathroom heater and the lamps. Nevertheless, when I asked about a water heater they provided immediately.
